Young Bob has been arrested on suspicion of affray outside of UCL earlier today.
A suspected member of faculty attacked equipment, punched him in the face and attempted to strangle him. A member of Stand up to Racism put a megaphone against his ear while protesters surrounded and harassed him. He defended himself and his equipment.
Police arrested two parties, Bob and the suspected member of faculty in question.

Devastating news Tommy Robinson @TRobinsonNewEra has been guilty of harassment causing fear of violence by a majority of 10-2.
He's to be sentenced on the 16th December.
This is all about silencing Tommy Robinson. He did not stand a chance. They are so afraid of the power of his voice. They have tried & tried to put him away - now they have their chance. Disgusting. But I know why. I interviewed Tommy in the U.S. a few months ago and spent a little time with him. His presence fills a room & his voice captivates people. He is a real leader & now that his faith is stronger & stronger, he is a real soldier for God. This is why the jury came to a ridiculous verdict in this case. He was guilty in their minds long before the trial began - guilty of telling the truth where others wonโt as he did with the rape gangs terrorizing mostly white British girls. Guilty of not taking a knee, of not submitting to the threats & terror tactics & intimidation. Tommy Robinson is a great man. God speed. Will be praying.
I support Tommy Robinson. And he has certainly been given a raw deal by the British establishment. But support does not mean giving someone a free pass when they do something wrong.
A jury at Southwark Crown Court found him guilty, by a majority of ten to two on each of two counts, of harassment causing fear of violence against two journalists. It was not a unanimous verdict, but ten jurors heard the evidence and found him guilty on both charges.
What I cannot understand is this: knowing the pressure he is under, knowing that everything he says and does will be scrutinised, why would he do something so fucking stupid?
If you believe you are being treated unfairly, surely that makes discipline more important, not less. You cannot control what your critics say about you. You can control how you behave towards them. Harassing journalists does not answer their reporting or strengthen your arguments.
And that is why I feel let downโeven, frankly, betrayed. I expect someone who asks others to stand behind him to recognise the responsibility that comes with that support.
Being a leader means thinking beyond your own anger. It means recognising that your actions have consequences not just for you, but for the people who believe in you and the cause you say you represent.
I still support him. But on this, he should have known better, and he should have acted better.

We got a furious response from the former Conservative minister Lord Michael Gove when we asked about his position on Israel at the Labour Conference.
Gove claimed he knew more about antisemitism than Zack Polanski, the only Jewish leader of a major political party in the UK. He also accused us of not being journalists and of an obsession with Israel, despite the Labour government's change in position on the occupation of Palestine being the key topic at this year's conference.
Gove now sits in the House of Lords and is editor of right-wing magazine The Spectator.
