The only thing Pappas 'resists' is the Oath of Office he took to uphold the Constitution.
Pappas co-sponsored legislation that would ban COMMON semi-automatic rifles, shotguns, AND handguns. It also included a MANDATE that we mere civilians could have no more than 10 rounds in any firearm Democrats 'allowed' us to own.
