Red Sol Resort in Dhรซrmi, Albania, is one of the most recent projects by Bofill Taller de Arquitectura (RBTA).
The project was designed starting in 2022, with renders and public presentations released in FebruaryโMarch 2025. It is led by Pablo Bofill, who heads the studio following the death of his father, Ricardo Bofill, in 2022. The complex is a mixed-use development combining a hotel with residential components, including hotel pavilions, apartments, and small villas.
