ONE TRILLION NAIRA, that's a thousand billion, squeezed from the sweat of hard-working Nigerians, just to buy us a national register of keyboard smashes like "Bbbb Cccc D." and "M×100 RACHEL R." 😲🤯 Instead of him and his boss resigning, the Head of INEC ICT goes on national television to casually blame a single staff member? Truly, this administration does not rate us. This na see-finish, the ultimate middle finger.

In Alaska, a judge has ruled that "No one, no matter how powerful, can toss out free and fair elections just because they don't like the result." In Abuja, judges routinely rule that they have the power to do just that; to declare the votes of citizens as #WastedVotes & to shoo in, instead as victors, crooks whom the people have roundly rejected at the polls. Call this what you will but please do not mistake it for a democracy. abc7.com/post/2026-election-…

Senator Rabiu Kwakwaso for 8 years didn’t touch the security vote money that was sent to Kano by the Federal Government yet Kano State is one of the safest states in the North. Just listen to how he did it and as a former Minister of Defence, it makes perfect sense.

How did educated Nigerians, including much of our media, come to accept the term “bandits” for organised armed groups that massacre civilians, perpetrate mass rape, ambush military convoys, attack military aircraft, extort billions through ransom and illegal taxation, and seize, govern and violently defend territories for years? I find this persistent mischaracterisation deeply disturbing, particularly from journalists, security analysts and public officials who should understand the gravity of the crimes they are describing. At what point did sustained, organised violence against civilian populations, accompanied by territorial control and systematic intimidation, become something as casually described as “banditry”? This is not a harmless semantic distinction. Language shapes public understanding, influences policy responses and determines how seriously society confronts atrocities. When we minimise the identity of perpetrators, we risk diminishing the enormity of their crimes and obscuring the experiences of their victims. Nigeria's security crisis is grave enough without the intellectual dishonesty of sanitising terrorism through convenient vocabulary. Call terrorism by its name. Call those who perpetrate it terrorists.

🚨 INEC ADMITS ITS OWN OFFICERS UPLOADED AI-GENERATED PHOTOS TO THE VOTERS’ REGISTER! According to INEC’s ICT Director, Dr. Lawrence Bayode, some registration officers used their official access to upload AI-generated photos and irregular voter records. INEC’s verification system reportedly flagged about 268 suspicious cases. This raises serious questions: Who instructed these officers to create fake voter records? Were they acting alone or working for politicians? How many fake registrations escaped detection? Why were these records created when only real people can vote? Will INEC identify, investigate, and prosecute those responsible? There are also concerns about difficulties accessing the preliminary voters’ register, although INEC reportedly attributed the restrictions to system limitations. The biggest question is simple: If INEC employees cannot be trusted with the voters’ register, how can Nigerians trust the election results? Admitting the problem is not enough. Nigerians deserve names, answers, accountability, and appropriate legal action. The voters’ register is the foundation of a credible election. If that foundation is compromised, everything else becomes questionable. #INEC #NigeriaDecides2027 #ElectoralIntegrity #VotersRegister #NigeriaElections
