Gmmmm! Time to share my thoughts on this shitty market and my plan for the coming days. 1) The current state of onchain Right now, unless you're a trencher, forcing trades is simply -EV. We lack a strong meta or narrative capable of pushing higher ceilings and bringing fresh liquidity onchain. IMO, @Pumpfun and @a1lon9 have a major role to play in changing that. Here's how : ------------ A) Give visibility to people who can raise the ceiling. Markets follow attention. Attention brings volatility, liquidity and new participants. That's why the people and characters Pumpfun chooses to promote matter so much. What's better for Solana's ceiling? - Giving visibility to @_Shadow36 or @OnlyLJC, who can bring real attention and capital into their main plays? - Or pushing trenchers who use that visibility to farm short-lived coins and repeat the process? => The goal should be to create bigger opportunities, not just more launches. ------------ B) Support strong communities and their coins. The same logic applies to coins themselves. Imagine Pumpfun using some of its marketing reach to highlight strong communities like Neet, Buttcoin, TripleT and others. A strong runner can create an entire narrative. That narrative attracts new buyers, spawns beta plays and lifts activity across the chain, including the trenches. => One successful coin can benefit the entire ecosystem. ------------ C) Make callout rewards work better. Rewarding callouts is a great idea from Pumpfun. But the current system can incentivize the wrong behavior. A typical cycle: - A coin launches and a group with existing visibility buys in. - They all call it out, pushing it to $200–500K. - Callouts slow down, the coin tops, and they start derisking (they'll call it a roundtrip) - The coin dies, while the callers collect rewards. In practice, this can reward a short-lived pump almost as much as building a coin with lasting impact. => The incentives end up favoring rinse-and-repeat farming over sustained promotion. How could it improve? → Introduce callout categories: - Fibo trading - Bottom conviction - Gamble - X K runner - Other strategies → Differentiate rewards based on outcomes. A coin that becomes a major runner and brings lasting attention shouldn't be rewarded the same way as a short-lived pump-and-dump. → Reward continued support. If updating a callout reduces visibility and rewards, the system can incentivize creators to move on to the next coin instead of continuing to support the current one. The goal should be to reward people who help coins grow, not simply those who generate the most callouts. D) Understand the impact of every decision. Every major Pumpfun action sends a signal to the market. Who gets visibility, which behavior gets rewarded, and which coins get promoted all influence what people choose to trade. Even squad contests can backfire if the incentives favor farming over building. When the market focuses on who's holding a coin rather than its narrative, community or potential, trading becomes a game of following wallets and exiting before everyone else. That creates more short-lived runners, more people getting dumped on, and a lower ceiling over time. Pumpfun has the reach to influence this. It should use it to build a healthier, stronger onchain. ----------------------------------------------- 2) My plan for the coming days For now: Explore other chains and launchpads where the same handful of attention leaders don't dictate the entire lifecycle of a coin. Touch grass and wait for better market conditions instead of forcing trades. Sometimes, the best trade is no trade.

Day 25 of the 1300 -> 1 M$ challenge by trading only. fomo.family/profile/TendersA… -> Wallet around 189 000$ (x145 in 25 days) These last few days, i've changed a bit my kind of trading. - Buying crash of "main" coins of the week (hooked / agency / zc) - Buying Hooked ecosystem because i found it giga undervalued. => Pretty happy with the result i can't lie. - Kermit whale chat is playing a big part of these results, since we're talking about every coin and plays => If thesis is shit, i know it's better to play it safe than sorry.

Finally having a set up i really fuck with solana:C1mBfBoDkwWfd6uTFZp62ARHLjeVp3bDpCDMfMZtPngE. Took my time, - traded it several times - lowered my avg -> And now i'm waiting for the incoming breakout. + Crazy good holders + Weak hands tilt sold ystd + One of the only launchpad coin really holding with a good set up. Let's see what it gibs, but i'm pretty bullish as a conviction FLIP (don't hate when i sell, but i plan to hold for a bigger % as usual flips)

Last few Ws of the day: - Higgs = 1795$ W (fibo play) - Owl = 2082$ W (bottom play) - Hooked = 4109$ W (fibo / bottom play) - Crawl = 384$ W (fibo play) - Agency = 1325$ W (fibo play) - Owl = 236$ W (fibo play) - Crawl = 342$ W (fibo play) - Agency = 297$ W (fibo play) => Total = 10 570$ W As you can see, all these shitty fibo plays (even if giga borring) = a good way to stack liquidity to then try conviction => Then if your conviction play W = perfect, if not = it was a nice try.

Closed +24k on a literal day off yesterday. Not luck, a system I've used for years. I teach the whole thing in the Kermit whale chat (and trade with the members) If you actually want to learn to trade, not copy calls, come sit with us.

18 days ago, i decided to start to lock in on my @fomo wallet. fomo.family/profile/TendersA… Idea was simple, start with what i had = a 1300$ dead bag, sell it and start again a new run. One goal = to see if i became a washed unc boomer or if i can still trade. ------------------------------ A) Result : In 18 days => from 1300$ to 94 300$ (+ 3800 withdrew) B) Trading plan : When i start a new wallet and want to complete a challenge, i often divide my trading strategy in differents steps. 1. Start [1300- 2500] = try to do some quick fibo plays -> Goal here is to find some fast flips. Either the coin having the whole space attention / some fast crash candle. (like we got ystd with SI) 2. Most boring and difficult step [2500 - 20 000] = a mix of fast flip / early plays / conviction bottom (expecting quick reactions) For me, it's the most awfull step, since the winrate will be low asf. -> Goal here is : to stack liquidity with fibo / fast flip plays -> Try some early plays for good X -> Try some conviction bottom. But main issue here = the amount of L plays are big = you'll often need to cutloss everything when you feel the L unrealized have an impact 3. Easiest step [20 000 - 250 000] = More conviction bottom flip + few fast fibo plays to stack liquidity. -> Goal here is to manage the liquidity to be able to be fully here when a good opportunity happens. Early plays are less and less interesting, since you don't want to have too many coins in your wallet. => Since i've started the 3rd step => Winrate around 93% . Notes: I know this post won't sell same dream as the Ms PNL unrealized you'll see on twitter, but imo, it's this kind of trading that is the most sustainable on the long run.

I've decided to take profit on the latest $ANSEM pump. As you may remember, I closed my previous position at a ~200 SOL loss, then redeployed both the SOL and $ANSEM into a new, wider range. So the actual profit here is lower than what the P/L card shows, probably closer to +250 SOL net, or roughly +5%. These tools still struggle to properly track performance when you're constantly rebalancing positions. As I said yesterday, with SOL pumping this hard, I'm only deploying meaningful capital into the strongest/main tokens for now. Updated @MeteoraAG DLMM positions: #1 $ANSEM — 5,000 SOL down to 0.001945 SOL/ANSEM (~$177M mcap) app.meteora.ag/dlmm/6e7V9eeg… #2 $CATE — 2,000 SOL down to 0.0001148 SOL/CATE (~$9.6M mcap) app.meteora.ag/dlmm/AUaPMKd1… As always, big thanks to @TendersAlt and @haremtrade for their help with token selection and range definition in the $KERMIT whale chat.

Managed to exit both $CATE and $STONK for a combined profit of ~500 SOL (+33%) after spending several hours outranged to the downside. SOL was ripping while both tokens were correcting hard at the same time: basically a DLMMer’s nightmare. Safe to say this was far from steady yield and peaceful nights 😅. I decided not to reopen $STONK and to focus only on what I see as the two strongest tokens right now: $CATE and $ANSEM. For $ANSEM, I closed my previous position without selling the token side and redeployed the liquidity into a much wider range. The goal is to avoid getting trapped in the same situation again if SOL keeps pumping over the next few days. For $CATE, I also went with a very wide range. Beyond the potential upside in SOL, $CATE could retrace significantly after tonight’s massive pump. And I still have some PTSD from the brutal crash that followed the huge bundler dump. Updated @MeteoraAG DLMM positions: #1 $ANSEM — 5,000 SOL down to 0.002065 SOL/ANSEM (~$179M mcap) app.meteora.ag/dlmm/6e7V9eeg… #2 $CATE — 2,000 SOL down to 0.0001148 SOL/CATE (~$9.6M mcap) app.meteora.ag/dlmm/AUaPMKd1… As always, big thanks to @TendersAlt and @haremtrade for their help with token selection and range definition in the $KERMIT whale chat.

Time to un-wash myself and start another public challenge wallet. $10K → $1M. Everything public. Every trade explained. Every decision documented. Note: This wallet has nothing to do with the $KERMIT treasury I'm currently running across different unknown wallets. Note²: This challenge will be a special one for me because I'm gonna run it together with @haremtrade. Why Harem? - This market isn't bad for scalping, but imo coin thesis matters more than ever. - Narratives, who's involved, who's holding, where the attention is going, etc. On top of that, risk & liquidity management are everything in this market, and he's a fucking goat at both. So we'll combine what we're both best at and see how far we can push this wallet. Every setup/trade I'm interested in will also be shared inside the $KERMIT Whale Chat. Time to lock in again. join.pump.fun/HSag/1ubmqzqb
