Does anyone else have significant issues with @FedEx deliveries? They continue to deliver my packages in random spots on our long driveway and never at the front door like they've been asked to do. I've reported the issue several times with no change.

I work in an industry that is 60% women, yet my department, because it's IT, is barely 10% women. Additionally, women are continually passed over for leadership roles and relegated to roles that emphasize "soft" skills. I am sooooo tired of this.
