I’d like to thank the members of the NFF for allowing me to represent them as vice president for the last three years. We don’t always get to leave on our own terms but I’d rather have a healthy democracy than dictatorship. I gave it my all!

So @RogerCookMLA has used AHA and tourism but completely left out agriculture as signatories! WA Premier hits out at Labor’s backpacker visa changes theaustralian.com.au/nation/…

It’s not the job of the police to make the laws!
Krissy Barrett was on the ABC. She was asked about One Nation cartoons. She didn't like them. Said they can spark a reaction and dribbled on about words are dangerous and how she wants to form a "partnership" with tech companies, to "police" the internet. She said the One Nation cartoons are basically dangerous. See folk, Albo and his goons have weaponised the AFP like that vile maggot, Andrews, weaponised VICPOL. Barrett still hasn't mentioned the radical Islamic hate preachers. Not a word was said about Islamic hate preachers. Just One Nation cartoons and voters.

It's a far more nuanced, professional and important industry than most activists would have you believe. If you believe #animalwelfarematters, this video is worth a watch 👇 facebook.com/share/v/1M59EqL…

What’s with this new thing of @Telstra setting up call vetting on the phone? I’ve asked people and they’ve said it’s something new they didn’t even ask for.

Many in the media talking about progressive agendas as though there is some implication that there comes with it progress. It all looks terribly damaging to me.

Gotta love the ag industry. Rang a bloke this morning; “can’t talk I have a chopper bringing cattle in” and there are many more!

A fitting tribute to one of industry's best.
Special morning in Darwin, with the unveiling of the Luke Bowen Bridge "Dedicated to one of Australia's finest leaders in agriculture. "A fierce advocate for the Territory, the cattle industry, and the people of the bush." #Podcast🎙️ abc.net.au/listen/programs/n…

Parliament will consider trust tax legislation this week. For farming families, trusts are a business structure used to manage risk & support succession planning. We urge all parties & the crossbench to back the primary production exemption, providing certainty for family farms.

And who will be the first to cop it in the neck? The farmers!!! @NationalFarmers
Replying to @ellensandell
In our nation-first trial, we’ll open 10 public stores across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria. 🍞🥚🐄🫑🍅🍼 Everyday items like milk, bread, eggs, meat, nappies, fruit & veggies will all be 30% cheaper - saving Victorians an average of $82.20 each week, or $4274.40 a year.

Does the average punter realise that by blocking mining (for ideological reasons) that the long term effect will be less government expenditure on the social infrastructure that provides us with the standard of living we have become accustomed to?

And yet people like you shut down the (renewable) timber harvesting of native forests and pretend that there will be no demand from overseas!
The High Court has recognised what the physics makes clear: you can’t export coal & pretend the climate damage disappears. Whether fossil fuels are burnt in Australia or overseas, the consequences reach the Great Barrier Reef & communities around 🇦🇺. Yet the Albanese govt continues to approve new coal & gas projects. We should stop expanding fossil fuels, use what we have for the transition & make sure Australians get a fair return from existing projects. theguardian.com/environment/…
