One of the biggest ways AI has changed my life is by helping me maintain momentum. Some days, I'm too tired to write, create content, or figure out what to do next. But with AI agents in ChatGPT and Copilot, my workflow keeps moving. From planning content to drafting posts and handling routine office tasks, AI helps me get things done without starting from scratch. I still make the decisions and review the work. AI simply helps me move faster. And honestly, that's what I value most about AI. Having support on low-energy days when getting started feels like the hardest part.
