I’ve got an appointment at 12:25 today. Past me thought I’d better take it as it’s the only one left. Present me is unimpressed with my decision and has spent the morning in a state of unrest worrying about leaving the house and all the what ifs. FFS.

Turns out I’m really good at gaslighting MYSELF! Had a massive panic attack last night. So much had happened during the day and I really didn’t have the spoons to deal with it all but pushed through and got on with it. Ended up with a massive panic attack.
