Good morning x! Happy Sunday Hope everyone has a peaceful day 🍃
Good morning, X! ☀️ It's Sunday! I hope you give yourself permission to slow down today, enjoy the little things and appreciate how far you've come. You don't have to be productive every minute to be making progress. Rest is part of the process too. Have a beautiful Sunday! 🤍

gm! It’s saturday A lil reminder to step away from the screens today. Get some fresh air, touch grass, see actual human beings. The internet will still be here when you get back. Have a good weekend fam

Software can have hundreds of features and still be a terrible product. Sometimes the best engineering decision is figuring out what doesn’t need to be there. gm! space

What's happening, guys? Has anyone else experienced this issue? My network connection is stable so why

I think we’re going to see some interesting companies emerge from industries that don’t traditionally consider themselves technology companies. There’s still so much room to rethink how everyday services work.

I wonder how much of the internet we’ll still interact with directly in 10 years. Websites, apps, dashboards, menus, all the different interfaces… What if we eventually just describe what we want, and the technology figures out the rest? gm, still active?

Helps a lot
One of the best lessons you can learn in life is to master how to remain calm.

Random thought 🤔: At some point, we’ll probably look back at today’s AI tools the same way we look at early mobile phones We’ll wonder how we managed with so little capability

You know the problem is serious when the developer stops pacing and pulls up a chair lol
If he sits down that's how you know the problem is a big one. 😅😅

If I were building my developer portfolio from scratch today, I'd approach it very differently. When I started, I thought having more projects meant having a stronger portfolio. I'd build something, add it to my portfolio, move to the next thing and repeat. But I've come to realise that a portfolio is more than a collection of projects. Here's what I'd do differently: → I'd focus on fewer projects and take the time to make them genuinely useful. → I'd stop adding projects just because I followed a tutorial or wanted to try a new technology. → I'd explain the problem I was solving, the decisions I made and the challenges I encountered. → I'd give my strongest project the attention it deserves, with a working demo, screenshots and a proper breakdown. → I'd show more of my engineering thinking: how I handled errors, structured the application, made trade-offs and approached edge cases. → I'd document my process instead of expecting people to figure out what I contributed from a GitHub repository. Looking back, I wish I'd understood this earlier: Your portfolio isn't just supposed to show what you've built. It should help people understand how you think, how you solve problems and what it's like to have you on their engineering team. That's what I'd want my portfolio to communicate today.

Some apps make you feel like you need a degree just to find the settings lol..

What’s one small thing about technology that annoys you more than it should? Mine: apps that log me out for absolutely no reason…😑
