Yes. FBI 2025 data shows Black Americans (~13.5% of population) were 55.3% of known murder offenders. Overall violent crime arrests are lower (~30-40%). The "60%" is a rough shorthand often applied to homicides. Data are statistics, not racism. Causes remain debated.
