Since 1986, most claims go to a special federal court with no jury. After Bruesewitz v. Wyeth in 2011, you can't sue a manufacturer for a badly designed vaccine at all.
When a company carries no risk for its product, it has less reason to make that product safer. Parents deserve to know this before they sign the consent form. That's what informed consent means.
Every product in America can be sued if it injures or kills your child. Except one.
Aaron Siri told Joe Rogan how a 1986 law gave one industry "incredibly special immunity," right after its products caused so much harm manufacturers were going out of business.

I'm right now looking back at what the MMWR of the CDC was reporting Feb 2021. Once you know how to detect coverup and conspiracy, it all makes sense. For example there is a line here that 90.9% of adverse events are non-serious (which is how all serious events begin) but they say nothing about the remaining 9% which were documented as serious. That was not a good moment, but I can’t thank the safety crew enough. They did an amazing job flipping the car back over. The last time I flipped, the bars crushed on my head. This time, I don’t think anything caved in or crushed at all. I appreciate what @NASCAR has done and thank you again to the @TALLADEGA safety team for getting me out of the car safely and quickly. Fascinating that the CDC counted every death of nursing home/long-term care facility (LTCF) patients after a covid infection as a "covid death." Pharma’s Immunity from legal liability is a license to experiment and kill.
I keep asking myself why the shots were not pulled immediately when it was obvious that injury and death were piling up everywhere. Cycle through the excuses: embarrassment, bureaucratic ineptness, lack of courage, difficult to course correct, too much money to be made, utilitarian cost of getting to herd immunity, and so on.
The darkest possible reason: making money off medical problems, sickness, and iatrogenic injury is America's largest industry by employment. Vaccine injury is sad but profitable. I really do not want to believe that this explains why the shots were not pulled or why they are still on the market.

🚨 I wrote a post earlier about a friend here in Butte County (a nurse) who was frustrated when her father-in-law got his 9th Dose of a COVID vaccine. I ran the VAERS data for her by batch/lot # to try and convince him not to take #10. But he's ELDERLY and being taken advantage of by his clinic.
And then tonight on End ALL Tyranny our host Jeremiah @Earthdriver was commenting on the absurdity of anyone wanting to take ANYTHING mRNA much less additional boosters. So, it made me think - how many VAERS Reports are filed for the highest dose captured by VAERS (which is "7+"). And what is the age, outcome and location of those overly boosted? So, here ya go.
No surprise they are hitting the seniors hard. 70% are 60 yrs-old+. Shameful.
Of the 1,670 people, 5% died. No surprise.
And finally, no surprise of top location - California is the lead poison pusher. But IOWA? #2? Good Lord.
