$BTC $80.3k and just sitting on the $80k handle after failing to hold above the 50d ($81.7k).
Still well above the 200d (~$73k) so the longer-term uptrend is intact, but short-term momentum has cooled (RSI ~43, price under most short-term MAs).
Feels more like a weekend decision zone than a strong trend right now.
Next 1–2 weeks I’m leaning:
• 55% chop between $80–82k
• 30% lose $80k → $78–79.2k
• 15% reclaim $81.7–82.3k → $84k+
Daily closes above $81.7k or below $80k should tell us which way it wants to go.
Oil is elevated, ETF flows have been mixed, and the Fed decision (Oct 27–28) is the next real catalyst, so not forcing anything here.

24 hours later and still nothing official. No statement from Turkish police, Finland, Interpol, or Richard's lawyers. No public extradition request either.
Even the seizure numbers don't match. One Turkish outlet says $600K and 24 watches. Another says $4M and 64.
My opinion (still speculation): the quiet is the key here. If this was a clean grab, Finland would be taking a victory lap right now. Silence usually means lawyers are talking.
Under the European extradition treaty, Finland has 18 days (40 max) to file the formal request or he can be released. And if Turkey wants to make a thing out of the guns, he might not be going anywhere for a while.

Sometimes these "dawn raids" are negotiated. Law enforcement gets the headline and the perp walk. The person being picked up gets negotiated softer landing for walking in instead of running.
I'm not saying that's what happened. Nobody outside the room knows yet.
But a guy who's been hard to pin down for years, suddenly sitting at a known address in Istanbul? Makes you wonder.

HEX FOUNDER RICHARD HEART ARRESTED IN ISTANBUL, $600,000 CASH AND ARSENAL SEIZED
Turkish authorities have reportedly arrested Richard Heart, whose real name is Richard James Schueler, in a joint intelligence and police operation in Istanbul.
Heart, founder of HEX, PulseChain and PulseX, was wanted under an Interpol Red Notice issued at Finland’s request.
Police reportedly detained Heart and his wife at a residence in Istanbul’s Beşiktaş district following extensive surveillance.
Authorities seized:
• $600,000 in cash
• 24 wristwatches
• 20 gold bracelets and 7 gold necklaces
• 7 firearms and 1,360 rounds of ammunition
• 12 mobile phones and 6 laptops
• 20 graphics cards and 14 SSDs
• 2 drones
In 2023, the SEC charged Heart with raising over $1 billion through unregistered crypto offerings and allegedly misappropriating at least $12 million in investor funds to purchase luxury goods, including sports cars, expensive watches and a 555-carat black diamond.
Heart was subsequently placed on Interpol’s wanted list in 2024 over separate allegations involving tax fraud and assault.
Both Heart and his wife have been taken into custody for questioning as the investigation continues.
