Google misses Search & Ads revenue by ~ $1.5B. These misses will get worse. Keep in mind, Search & Ads are still the primary business. No one clicks blue links anymore. Moreover, the exponential rise in use of agentic AI poses a deeper threat: AI agents don't watch ads. $GOOGL

Whatever it takes. Right @elonmusk
Elon Musk's Grok bot just introduced me to Mark Cuban's Cost Plus Drugs, and it's saving me over $500 a year on my prescriptions.
Two frenemy billionaires teaming up to save me money and making me appreciate them both. 👏🏻

I arrived at my hotel tonight. They asked for my id, correctly confirmed my phone number (I never entered it myself) and I paid for the room.
Booking hotels is always annoying. This was so easy
I needed a hotel, so I told grok @bot where I needed to be and when and it took care of it all for me 🔥

Tesla's Cybercab is changing the economics of autonomous transportation, and the numbers are really staggering
A Tesla Cybercab at an estimated $25,000 versus an average of $175,000 for Waymo's Texas fleet. That's a 7X difference in vehicle cost
According to the latest Texas DMV registration data:
• Waymo: 1,207 registered vehicles
• Tesla Cybercab: 573 registered vehicles
Here's what those fleets represent in estimated vehicle costs:
• Waymo's 1,207 vehicles: ~$212 million
• Tesla's 573 Cybercabs: $14.3 million
Now scale that to 1,000 vehicles:
• Waymo: $175 million
• Tesla Cybercab: $25 million
That's a $150 MILLION difference for every 1,000 vehicles
Tesla designed Cybercab from the ground up as a purpose-built autonomous vehicle for mass production, with a simplified vehicle design, camera-based autonomous driving, and an entirely new manufacturing approach
And when you're talking about eventually deploying millions of autonomous vehicles, the difference in economics becomes so enormous
This is the kind of manufacturing advantage that changes the economics of transportation at a global scale
Wait, what? An estimated $212 million of Waymos are registered in Texas, against about $14 million of Tesla Cybercabs.
The Texas DMV lists 1,207 Waymos at an estimated $175,000 each on average, and 573 Cybercabs at an estimated $25,000.
That is about 7 times more per car. Per 1,000 vehicles, it is $175 million for Waymo against $25 million for Cybercab. Costs are estimates, and registered does not mean operating.
GM made a self driving system so dumb that it dragged a pedestrian down the street and then lied about it, getting their cars banned from the streets
now they’re lecturing Tesla about how autonomous driving should work
you can’t make this stuff up
General Motors says it will not adopt a vision-only approach to autonomous driving, saying that dropping radar is a "weird religious stance that ignores physics."
"If you scale back to vision-only, physics suggests you’ll be in trouble in certain situations. Radar is so cheap that dropping it doesn’t make sense—dropping it is a weird religious stance that ignores physics," GM Chief Product Officer Sterling Anderson said.
GM says it plans to launch an autonomous driving feature for the highway by 2028.

Agaram 2.5B is out. It's a Tamil-first language model we trained from scratch at @MuraiLabsHQ , our small non-profit lab. As far as we know, it's the first Tamil model trained from scratch that can call tools.
It chats in Tamil, Tanglish and English, translates, and can call tools. We're releasing the base model, chat model and GGUF files under Apache-2.0. You can download it and run it offline on your own laptop.
The first chat model had a four-day public preview. Seeing where it fell short with real users helped us decide what to work on. We rebuilt the fine-tuning around what we saw, using 222,662 records.
Thank you to everyone who spent time with that early version.
The video walks through the model. You can try it here:
