THE HUMANITARIAN SHIELD
The Holy Land Foundation, the Union of Good and successive Treasury actions expose the same operating model: a charitable public identity concealing Hamas affiliations, fundraising and services.
This record includes more than $12.4 million connected to the Holy Land Foundation, a network of more than 50 charities under the Union of Good, and a European fundraising apparatus Treasury estimated at approximately $10 million per month in 2024. In January 2026, recovered Hamas documents identified six organizations integrated into its military wing. Further actions followed in March and July.
The Hasna allegations and Al-Khair inquiry remain ongoing. They are distinct from the earlier prosecutions and designations.
The next question is how far this model extends into institutions whose names confer credibility.

THE SEVEN STEPS — WHO SHAPES THE SOURCES?
A patient influence campaign can work through careers, hiring, promotion and institutional gatekeepers. The 1991 memorandum and the 1993 Philadelphia recordings describe strategies of institutional work and concealed affiliations.
The Al-Ahli case study follows an attribution through MSF, ABC News, Human Rights Watch, UN experts, Al Jazeera and academic publications. Repeated institutional citations can make a claim appear independently corroborated.
The distinction matters: showing that institutional control would be useful is different from proving actual control. The broader claim requires its own evidence.

The month opened by naming victims. It closes by naming allies.
This was never a campaign against Muslims as a people, or against Islam as a faith practiced by well over a billion people, many of whom want nothing to do with violence carried out in its name. It's about a specific, violent, supremacist ideology, and the people of every faith who reject it.
After October 7, the expression "October Eighth Jews" arose for those who woke up to find their comrades had walked away. But they weren't the only ones. Infidels and Muslims alike realized the world had gone mad and stood with the real victims, though until now those voices have largely resounded in isolation.
Today we bring them together: Muslim and infidel, Jew and non-Jew, dedicated to a genuinely neighborly relationship between infidels and Muslims who reject religious supremacism together.
