BOOK FRIENDS I NEED HELP. My bestie challenged me to make the cutest book themed snacks for our RW&RB and Heartstopper marathon. Please help with ideas!!! I don’t know what to buy/make 🥲

Having to buy five different copies of the EXACT SAME BOOK just to read the bonus scenes of different characters is a new low in book capitalism. Don't do this to your readers. No one should have to spend 100+ on five copies of the SAME BOOK.

The emerging 'bonus chapters' trend doesn't sit right with me and it needs to be addressed. Here are my full thoughts on this terrible trend within publishing👇 youtube.com/watch?v=0i8lkkV3…

Let’s say it together folks! Readers don’t owe authors anything and vice versa✨

Why would you read a book from start to finish, enjoy it, yet never review it? Do you forget, do you not know what to write, do you think it's not particularly useful, or...?

This is coming from a semi-hardcore collector, leave disabled authors alone god damn. I love a hand signed book just as much as the rest of y’all but your collection is not worth someone’s health.

The difference is teachers are consenting to you gaining that knowledge. Authors who write books consent to you gaining knowledge, not steal it and claim it as your own. We learn how to site our work in like 4th year. Even if its fiction, thats still their intellectual property.

learning is literally stealing from others. our knowledge comes from other people. with that logic, learning from teachers in school is stealing. it's the same as with the calculator, it's a tool. stop crying. and stop thinking you're hot shit and everything
