Peptides will be a MAJOR part of the medicine.
We are just scratching the surface - the top of the iceberg.
Today Superpower just announced an awesome Peptide Library, and it looks awesome.
If you are a prescriber and haven’t started to learn about peptides, and how to properly and safely prescribe them, then you’re already behind.
I’ve been prescribing them daily since 2020.
That’s over 6 years of experience. Trials. Seeing which doses work, length of treatment, interactions. Side effects.
Something few other doctors can say.
I want to share that knowledge and experience with you.
That’s why I created the best peptide certification course in the world. Medical-school level. Take it in the comfort of your home, at your pace.
Not at some conference in a random city and then hoping you remember everything when you’re back at home.
We’ve formed a community that you can ask questions to.
Welcome to @peptavo.
Our goal is to become the #1 peptide education course in the world!
If you’re looking to start offering peptides to your patients, reach out to our team and we can show you how the course is structured.
You have nothing to lose!
We're thrilled to announce the Superpower Peptide Library.
Every peptide, mapped to the body.
152 peptides, from approved drugs to compounds still in trials, sorted by where they act.
Each one has its own page, reviewed by a physician and fully cited, covering:
- the evidence and how strong it is
- its FDA status
- it's mechanism of action
- what studies in humans have found
Because not all peptides are equal.
Semaglutide is FDA-approved. BPC-157, maybe the most talked-about peptide for recovery and repair, is not. In a 2025 review of its research, 35 of 36 studies were in animals or the lab.
Know the science before you buy the hype.

Todas las redes inundadas de horribles relatos de tortura perpetrados por el chavismo pero los personajes de siempre que se hacen llamar "neutrales" solo critican a MCM 24/7.

Running a peptide is only half the job and you need make to make sure you have the cofactors to assist each compound
Here are a few things I pair with each peptide and why
BPC 157
- do not aggravate the injury further
- Protein for the raw material to repair with
- Vitamin C so your body can actually lay down collagen
- Pairs well with TB 500 for bigger systemic repair
GHK Cu
- Vitamin C non negotiable it is what lets collagen get built
- Collagen or protein the glycine and proline are the bricks
- Zinc the one people miss GHK brings copper in and the two have to stay balanced
Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin
- Timing beats any supplement GH release gets blunted by carbs and insulin TAKE FASTED
- Dose away from food give it a clean window I like 2 hours after last calorie
- Protein so the GH can convert into IGF 1 and tissue
- Glycine supports output and sleep which is when the work happens
Reta and Tirz
- Electrolytes first sodium potassium magnesium behind most of the fatigue and cramps
- Protein to hold muscle while you drop fat
- Fiber to stay ahead of constipation
- Hydrate on a schedule your thirst is blunted
- TUDCA worth a look since fast fat loss taxes the gallbladder and that’s the last type of issue you want to deal with
- Short walks after meal
The point
- The peptide sends the signal the support gives your body what it needs to answer
- Nothing to build from means a fraction of the result
- Feed the signal and you get the full effect

Following an FBI investigation with our interagency partners, this morning ousted President of Venezuela Nicolás Maduro is now charged by superseding indictment with one count of Conspiracy to Commit Torture — also charging former First Lady of Venezuela Cilia Flores de Maduro with one count of Conspiracy to Commit Torture and one count of Narcoterrorism.
As alleged in the indictment, the Maduro regime subjected over a dozen American citizens to torture while held in custody of the Venezuelan government - including drugs, electrocution, sexual assault, and more. They will now answer for their crimes.
These charges follow the historic law enforcement operation proudly supported by this @FBI in January, which arrested Maduro and executed one of the most daring FTOCs in US history, returning him and his wife to the United States - an operation which required months of coordination, detailed planning, and seamless execution across multiple components of the federal government led by the Department of War.
Today’s charges reflect the commitment from this FBI and this Department of Justice to accountability, the rule of law, and the protection of U.S. national security.
Thank you to @NewYorkFBI who brilliantly led this investigation with our partners.

If I had to go from 220 lbs to lean AND jacked in 6 months, this is everything I'd do:
1. Creatine. 5g a day, forever. No loading phase needed.

This week in medicine
1. Optogenetics wins the Nobel Prize! It goes to Karl Deisseroth, Peter Hegemann and Georg Nagel.
2. Full phase 3 results published for Lilly’s triple-G, retatrutide: ~25% mean weight loss.
3. ARPA-H plans to cut drug development from 10+ years to <4 years: with phaseless trials, adaptive platforms, digital twins and AI agents.
4. Pfizer's trispecific antibody works (in a phase 2 trial) in atopic dermatitis - it blocks IL-4, IL-13 and TSLP.
5. Dana-Farber researchers develop a new way to drug undruggable GPCRs, with GTACs: bispecific antibodies that use the transferrin receptor to drag GPCRs into lysosomes.
6. FDA approves the Autus Size-Adjustable Valve, for patients with congenital pulmonary valve disease - the first heart valve that grows with a child.
7. The first treatment for the rare genetic disease, MCT8 deficiency, is FDA-approved - a thyroid-hormone analogue that reduces peripheral thyrotoxicosis.
8. Both of Kodiak’s next-gen antibodies work in phase 3 trials for wet age-related macular degeneration - the long-acting anti-VEGF antibody–biopolymer conjugate and the bispecific VEGF-trap/anti-IL6 therapy.
9. Roche's all-oral combo of giredestrant (SERD) + everolimus (mTOR inhibitor) targets both ER and PI3K–AKT–mTOR resistance, cutting progression in ESR1-mutant breast cancer.
10. Lilly’s EloraTZP, an amylin agonist-tirzepatide combination, beats tirzepatide alone in a phase 2 diabetes trial (with increased risk of adverse events).

🚨🚨WOW! This is absolutely amazing to see that Karl Deisseroth, Peter Hegemann and Georg Nagel have won the Nobel prize in medicine for their optogenetic research! Visual optogenetics is a therapeutic modality that uses Gene Therapy to deliver a light-sensitive protein to cells in the retina. This mechanism of entering light to the eye can then stimulate these cells to produce a visual signal that is sent to the brain and thus “overriding” the retinal cells and to restore vision to vision impaired patients. This mechanism is already in clinical development and the most advanced optogenetic therapy is currently Nanoscope Therapeutics’ MOGENRY (formally known MCO-010) - an Optogenetic Gene Therapy aimed to restore vision in Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP) patients with a severe vision loss which is waiting for an FDA approval! Absolutely amazing!
BREAKING NEWS
The 2026 #NobelPrize in Physiology or Medicine has been awarded to Karl Deisseroth, Peter Hegemann and Georg Nagel “for their discoveries concerning light-gated ion channels and optogenetics.”

Stunning Research:
Creatine isn’t just a gym supplement.
In a 12-week Texas A&M trial, adults 45–65 taking 10 grams a day gained lean tissue and strength even WITHOUT a workout plan.
Add lifting, cardio, and a small calorie cut, and they kept muscle while losing more fat than exercise and diet alone.
Blood sugar, cholesterol, and memory markers moved too.
With training and creatine even bigger gains. But 10 g of creatine monohydrate did a lot more than most people expect.
BREAKING: Study finds 10g of creatine per day added 2.4 POUNDS of lean mass in 12 weeks WITHOUT EXERCISE.
Creatine ALONE also improved:
- Muscular strength
- Muscular endurance
- Cognitive processing speed
- Delayed memory recall
- Episodic memory
- HbA1c
- Triglycerides
- HDL cholesterol
- VLDL cholesterol
Combining creatine WITH EXERCISE produced even greater physical gains and additional improvements in memory and cognitive processing.
Some of the increase in lean mass may reflect increased intracellular water from creatine, not solely new muscle tissue.
Importantly, this was a gold-standard study design: a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial.

tratamientos para lucir sin una mancha a los 60. Me parece perfecto q se haga eso y más, pero no vendan humo!
