Would second that! The ones on placement with paediatric specialist nursing team have been a godsend,helping update databases,contacting parents and most importantly making teas and coffees when we’ve been too busy to take an actual break

While we are celebrating the best of nursing during this #YearoftheNurseandMidwife so many services are replacing their more experienced and advanced CNS"s with a lower grade role when posts become vacant,a serious false economy and total lack of understanding of the #CNSvalue
