I've never been more excited to hit merge on a PR than I was for this one. 🎉
It took 15 people on five continents to get here.
@jondkinney kept a branch alive for almost a year. @tiredkebab's fork pushed the idea further. Then came a lot of long conversations with @maralcbr and @bi9kahuna to get it over the line.
Major props to the rest of the Omarchy M team who helped in various ways as well: @martiano @riverleaf88 @buildwithdjdev @RyanTheTide @Acelogic_ @LiamRay1O @ewninjaofficial @jaidipsubedi @JoshuaSWarren @shawnyeager @novuon_ai @SiliconForested
Thank you all. This one's special, and lays important groundwork.

Sweet mother of acceleration: the latest turbocharging of Omarchy in the lab has now broken the insane 10 second mark!!!
And before you ask, the pursuit of excellence requires no justification! We will keep pushing until stopped by the laws of physics.

At some point, the Linux press has to stop treating it as news that some weirdo who got comped a $50 droplet is mad about DigitalOcean donating $3m to the Omacom Foundation. Because that sentiment is going to run on repeat as we keep pumping out amazing patron announcements.
DigitalOcean’s $3 million Omarchy pledge is drawing criticism after reports that it recently ended a roughly $50-per-month GNOME and Flathub sponsorship.

Less setup. Less tweaking.
Coming out soon.

We are moving very, very fast towards a fully streamlined Omarchy installer for Apple M machines. You just download our Omarchy M app, try it first, then pick how much space you dedicate, and we do the rest. Incredible team effort. Full announcement later today! 🚀🍏
