When @realDonaldTrump was elected for his first term, innumerable people including most of my academic colleagues said that the worst realities would befall the United States. None of those things happened. They then said that he would wait until his second term to end democracy, institute martial law, etc. None of those things have happened. Is there a SINGLE honest individual amongst those people who is willing to admit that they were grossly incorrect and hence irrationally unhinged?

Erpharo Gilbert, 46, Raynham. Driving to work. Juan Leonardo Parra Altamirano hit her on Route 24, fled, and her car exploded in flames. She died. He said he ran because he was illegal.
Convicted. Released by Massachusetts. ICE arrested him yesterday.
Gov. Maura Healey’s sanctuary policies and Protect Act kept him free instead of handing him to ICE.
Democrats protected the kiIIer, not the mother.
