This is being widely circulated. It's great quote, but Hannah Arendt didn't say it. As Abraham Lincoln observed so wisely, "90% of the quotes you read on the internet are misattributed".

👍 UN General Assembly passing a resolution calling for an end to Israel’s 57-year occupation of Palestinian Territory.
👎 The UK choosing to abstain.
The international community must now act to ensure Israel complies with this resolution & puts an end to its persistent disregard for international law, human rights & the historic injustices against Palestinians.

Rarely have I wanted an England team to win as much as today.
For footballing reasons, to reinforce the advances in techniques and tactics. For social reasons, to support the FA's inclusivity efforts.
For the way they have faced down critics with dignity and resolve.
GOOD LUCK.
