I’ve heard good things about the uniqueness of Thai advertising and this made me laugh - having worked on US animal accounts before, I found it so unique.
Dibikin ngakak & geleng-geleng kagum sama iklan dari Thailand ini. Kalau liat beberapa detik awal, nggak nyangka bakal promosiin produk itu 😂 Kreativitasnya memang udah next level!

TBH I am stunned that the most practical and insightful commentary about AI usage is coming from the Pope, but here we are. I want my kids to know that they are a unique gift to the world. 🫶🏻

In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.

This is not new for me. When I was a senior in high school in 2002 at 17 leading worship at my youthgroup, a 20-year-old man from my church confronted me in Applebees. “How could I lead worship when my parents were divorced and I was not under covering submitted to a man?!”
If you think women should be able to vote, have jobs, live alone, or have unsupervised access to one another, that is because "you have normalcy bias for insane world": "You're living in an insane asylum and you think it's the normal world." peoplefor.org/rightwingwatch…

I responding like a cornered animal & my boyfriend at the time’s response was the kiss of death for our relationship. I’ve now had some years to be learn to articulate my position in adversarial scenarios. That guy who verbally attached me ruined his family with infidelity.

I’m thankful for my close friendship with Jesus to be able to recognize that this doesn’t sound like him at all. That this is not how he treated women when he walked the earth, and not how his loves compels us to treat them now. This is just Anti Christ stuff.

If I did Tik tok, which I do not, I would some of those “husband reaction videos” of me saying “Yes sir!” To my husband. 😂
Homeboy doesn’t even provide medical insurance for his wife last I heard.

Exactly. Also, do people not think the first thing they would have done is dismantled the ark to make houses, plows, tools, carts, etc? The notion that after the greatest catastrophe in history, the only survivors left on earth would have memorialized all the readily available building materials on the planet rather than recycling them for survival and civilization takes way more faith than believing in the basic flood narrative.

I read this article this morning and realized I think this is the first case I’ve seen where a pastor/leader has stepped down.
Too often, pastors who fail to protect people minimize, excuse, or hide what they did. Dustin Pennington is doing something different. He ignored a warning about sexual abuse because he trusted his friend. Now he’s resigned from ministry and is telling other pastors to learn from his mistake. That’s what owning your failure looks like. roysreport.com/atlanta-pasto…

Christians need to recognize what’s happening here, call it what it is and denounce it as anti-Christ.
White supremacy doesn’t become Christian just because you attach Bible verses to it. Yet a growing group of pastors are doing exactly that, preaching racism and antisemitism to disaffected young men, building large online audiences, and monetizing the resulting outrage. roysreport.com/the-rise-of-t…

When @johnlcooper shared his story with @alisa_childers there were many folks who gave the predictable pushback: "No one really believes apostles actually govern over elders and local church leaders." Below is an excerpt from Chuck Pierce's book "Apostolic Church Arising" where his associate Robert Heidler describes the process of getting rid of their "old wineskin" model of elder-led governance and moving into the "new wineskin" model of single-apostle governance. He describes the moment he told Chuck, "We're all resigning and the church is yours." Why would he do this? So that the chucrh would be "established on an apostolic foundation." Sometimes this happens overtly, sometimes it happens covertly. Sometimes elders are removed, sometimes they remain as figureheads while functionally subordinating themselves to an apostolic leader who views himself as the direct means by which "heaven comes to earth" in the church. In my own personal experience, I saw how a man who called himself an apostle and his wife who called herself a prophet attempted to tell a board of elders that they could not be fired because elders do not have the authority to fire the governing apostle/prophet of a church. This stuff really does happen. Are there distinctions that must be made when referencing the NAR? Of course. Is it made up? Definitely not. Does it have consequences at an ecclesiological level? 100%

I think we should just get to the root of the problem and remove “not guilty by reason of insanity” and move to “guilty, but insane” or “guilty but mentally impaired” as a contextual flag for how the sequestering from society should be enforced.

I see these clips and instantly feel, “No. Not my children.”
Ask yourself: why has the message been the same for decades but they have to continually start over with fresh 'Daniels' 'Esthers' 'Annas' etc. Ask if there has been a real human cost that Lou & co refuse to acknowledge, so many bodies behind their bus they have stopped noticing and just call them speedbumps. Do not let your children sit under this man and his friends. They will be chewed up, spit out, and forgotten the moment they no longer accept being spiritually manipulated and used for the good of the powerful at the top of the orgs.

It’s quite stunning that not a single reference was made to Clergy SA in Netflix’s “Death of the Pastor’s Wife” documentary. Even Mica’s family spoke of JP’s misconduct/SA as an “affair.” A young girl who meets a pastor at age 14 and grows up under his spiritual care does not have an “affair.” She was abused by a spiritual leader who leveraged his position for the sake of gaining access to her. As horrific as the story is in numerous ways, as a pastor I see the colossal failure of unbiblical and unethical church governance with pathetic, spineless elders who are unwilling to do what it takes to protect their people.
