Israel’s attack on Kamal Adwan Hospital is just the latest step in its systematic destruction of the entire healthcare system of Gaza, which has included attacks on all hospitals, the kidnapping, imprisoning, torture, & murder of medical professionals, & the blocking of medical supplies. It mirrors the systematic destruction of the systems for food, water, shelter, education, & culture. Anyone still calling this a “war”, and denying genocide, is morally complicit. Call them out.

This is what happens all the time — it’s called de-confliction. The UN shares coordinates and mission plans with belligerents to avoid targeting of aid workers and officials.
The only difference is Israel then goes on to directly strike those coordinates.

Ah ne manquait plus que la sérial-menteuse Fourest dans la vague de harcèlement que le Printemps (anti) Républicain et ses copains-copines ont décidé de lancer contre moi à l’occasion de Noël (ils font ça régulièrement).
Après Aram, Banon, Wargon, aidés par le facho Goldnadel, plus quelques autres encore plus anonymes, voici la reine du mensonge qui entre en piste (dans une tribune publiée dans l’Obs, quatorze femmes ont relevé au moins 11 grosses erreurs dans son dernier livre, et Mediapart a aussi débunké d’autres mensonges).
Mais qu’attendre d’autre de cette spécialiste de rien qui parle de tout, à tort et à travers, accumulant erreurs et désinformation ? Souvenez-vous comment elle était venue sur un plateau télé défendre l’armée israélienne pour affirmer avec l’assurance qu’on lui connaît qu’il fallait « diviser par 10 » le bilan des victimes de Gaza annoncé par le ministère de la santé du Hamas (là encore, contre tous les usages constatés lors des précédentes offensives de l’armée israélienne). En réalité les chiffres donnés par le Hamas étaient… sous-estimés.
Les fachos pro-génocide, malgré la CPI, la CIJ, Amnesty International, Médecins du Monde, Human Rights Watch, malgré les analyses des historiens israéliens spécialistes des génocides, continuent à vouloir minimiser les atrocités commises par l’armée israélienne à Gaza.
Et pire: ils harcèlent, en meute, et s’étonnent qu’on leur réponde, se déclarant alors victimes de harcèlement. Le comble du minable.
Ah encore une chose @CarolineFourest : arrêtez d’évoquer Charlie pour vous donner de la crédibilité, à tout de champ. J’étais un lecteur de Charlie, de la première heure, et cela me dégoûte que vous salissiez en permanence la mémoire de ce journal.

IDF is now openly acknowledging the 5 journalists they incinerated were indeed operating as journalists, but the IDF believed their work was “combat propaganda.”

The Ministry of Health has lost communication with the hospital. It reports the Israeli army sent a message to Dr. Hussam Abu Safiyeh, the hospital director, instructing him to bring patients and carers to the courtyard within 15 minutes, and told him that the army would storm the hospital after that.

Israel Is Killing Civilians In Gaza On Purpose, And It’s Not Even Debatable
Just so we’re all clear, it is a fully established fact that the IDF is directly, deliberately killing civilians in Gaza. There was a time in the early days of the genocide when this could be disputed, but that is no longer true. The facts are in and the case is closed. It’s happening.
Israeli soldiers are telling the press that they’ve been knowingly killing civilians and then falsely categorizing them as terrorists afterward. Countless doctors have testified to routinely encountering dead and wounded children who’ve been shot in the head by Israeli snipers. Israeli media reports have revealed that the IDF is intentionally targeting civilian infrastructure and using AI systems to specifically target suspected Hamas members when they are at home with their families instead of out on the battlefield.
The debate is over. The “human shields” argument has been completely, thoroughly debunked. If you still deny that this is happening, its because your worldview is so false that it requires you to deny facts and reality.

Israel almost killed the head of WHO
Our mission to negotiate the release of @UN staff detainees and to assess the health and humanitarian situation in #Yemen concluded today. We continue to call for the detainees' immediate release.
As we were about to board our flight from Sana’a, about two hours ago, the airport came under aerial bombardment. One of our plane’s crew members was injured. At least two people were reported killed at the airport. The air traffic control tower, the departure lounge — just a few meters from where we were — and the runway were damaged.
We will need to wait for the damage to the airport to be repaired before we can leave.
My UN and @WHO colleagues and I are safe.
Our heartfelt condolences to the families whose loved ones lost their lives in the attack.
