AI screens resumes. AI tries to beat those screens. Hiring gets worse for everyone 😭 @todoist's @NadiaVat reran already-filled roles through an ATS-style ranker to check if AI would've picked their actual hires. Twice, it wouldn't have. @jilleduffy's story in @WIRED 🧵
