Curious if this happens a lot when it comes to public spaces. In one case, warning people not to use garbage cans/recycle bins on a sidewalk and the other threatening enforcement on a residential street with no posted parking signs. What would the enforcement even look like?

Over the past few weeks many people have thanked me for speaking out about the Broadway Plan's negative impacts on quiet residential streets five blocks away from Broadway.
They've also told me many friends have already decided to sell and move to Victoria. They are considering doing so too.
