The present condition of MTS employees is extremely stressful and concerning.
On one hand, their workload and responsibilities are continuously increasing, while on the other hand, critical issues such as timely promotion, career progression, cadre review, pay improvement, and dignified work allocation remain unresolved.
The most concerning aspect is that many MTS employees continue to remain without proper promotional opportunities even after several years of service, leading to frustration, uncertainty, and financial pressure.
MTS is not merely a post; MTS employees are an essential part of the smooth functioning of the Central Secretariat. Their career growth and working conditions must receive serious attention in accordance with their responsibilities and contribution.
MTS employees do not need sympathy—they need fair policies, timely promotions, and a dignified career path.

केंद्र सरकार की रीढ़ कही जाने वाली केंद्रीय सचिवालय सेवा 'सीएसएस' कैडर रिव्यू की फाइल लंबे समय से अटकी है। 'सीएसएस फोरम' ने कहा, 1431 दिन से कैडर रिपोर्ट लंबित है। इस बाबत फोरम, कई बार डीओपीटी मंत्री और सचिव से मिलकर कैडर रिव्यू प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने का आग्रह कर चुकी है।
