I don’t care if a member of Congress takes their oath of office on a Bible, a Quran, or Incredible Hulk #181.
I care that they uphold the Constitution.

Why was Buttigieg an effective campaign surrogate even in a deeply red part of Mississippi?
Because as Secretary, he visited Mississippi and invested in tons of projects there.
So when he says "Mississippi Matters," people know he means it. He has a record, not just words.

We cannot turn a blind eye to the fact that there are children who do not go to school. We cannot silence our conscience when we see a mother lacking the means to feed her children. We cannot ignore the many people around us who are suffering, alone and vulnerable. We need to commit ourselves to the charity and closeness of the Good Samaritan who did not remain indifferent upon seeing misfortune, but took responsibility for his brother’s life. Thomas Massie says he'll have the 218 signatures next week to force a House vote on a new Epstein files bill.
It would let survivors get their own records and let state attorneys general prosecute.
