She’s in Florida campaigning for Angie Nixon.
This is our last weekend to get out the vote, New Jersey.
We’re knocking doors, making calls, and talking to voters across the district. Now we need everyone in this fight.

Update: Abdul refused to denounce it. That won’t change Lovett’s mind— not would utilizing Tucker Carlson in Abdul’s own advertising. Sick hackery that only lessens his credibility in the future.
The ad is anti-Semitic. (Also pretty glib and tasteless, but whatever!) I'm not lying or paid to say this. I don't equate being anti-Israel with being anti-Semitic. but also not saying the word "Jewish" isn't the one weird trick you want it to be.
Only good that can come from you promoting yourself at the expense of Abdul's campaign in the final days of an election where the stakes are so high is that you've created an opportunity for Abdul to denounce the ad and demonstrate his commitment to opposing anti-Semitism on the left and representing Jewish voters in Michigan as a Senator.
I see the folks on here who keep trying to tell Jewish voters to push this aside. If this were any other hatred (and make no mistake what this is— unadulterated hatred), there would be no debate. This is what so many Jewish voters are noticing and feeling— and I believe they will vote accordingly— either for Rodgers or by an undervote leaving the space blank.

El-Sayed’s response to Rep Stevens’ call for him to condemn ad from outside group, take down his own ad featuring Tucker Carlson, and apologize for previous comments about aid to Israel:

lol the “fading wing” of the party is putting up insane numbers and your guys are literally at the bottom doing the worst.
You would think the fading wing of the party, the Haley Stevens/Neera faction, would be a little bit more conciliatory toward the rising wing. Instead they've set themselves up to get blamed for what goes wrong and not get credit for what goes right because they couldn't stop bitterly complaining for a full 24-hour stretch after the primary.
Even Bernie in 2016, after the convention, was a loyal soldier through the general. I'm trying to imagine the meltdown if Bernie's wife said she was voting for Trump and Bernie responded by going on TV to say, yeah, I don't agree exactly, but here are all the terrible things about Hillary.
I mean— is Piker working for Mike Rodgers? He’s a gift that just keeps on giving.
🚨🚨 Abdul El-Sayed surrogate Hasan Piker crashes out over El-Sayed’s canvassers knocking doors in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
Piker compares it to “going to that like Klan KKK neighborhood to stump for like a Black candidate.”
“It’s racial supremacy. It’s Jewish supremacy. What do you think it is? Yeah, clip it and post it.”
Piker, a dual citizen who grew up in Turkey, then rages at a Jewish Democrat in Oakland County who says she is voting for Mike Rogers: “If it’s so dangerous, go live in Israel… You fucking idiot. You fucking moron… You fucking psycho.”
The State GOP can’t get anyone to the polls and is looking at losing local and congressional elections all over the State… and they are complaining/posting about the Governor… checks notes… moving to the Governor’s mansion. Incredible.
SHAME ON SHERRILL!
Mikie Sherrill moves her family into Drumthwacket, the taxpayer-funded Governor’s mansion, while listing her Montclair estate for $3.5 MILLION.
Her annual property tax bill? $66,642.
Now taxpayers maintain her 16,000-square-foot mansion, and her office won’t say whether her family will pay its utilities and expenses.
A taxpayer-maintained mansion. A multimillion-dollar home sale. No personal property tax bill for Drumthwacket.
She is profiting off the taxpayers.
No wonder her approval rating dropped 10 points!
This is a terrific study and at first read is about what my own internal thoughts were regarding building values. It would take real guts for the Jersey City Municipal Council and Mayor to take an axe to their budget after taking so much state aid.

Depicting Jewish concerns over anti-Semitism as "prioritizing a personal grievance" is a pretty good explanation for why so many Michigan Jews are voting for Rogers.
When Democrats make clear they don't care about Jewish fears of anti-Semitism, and they don't believe that Democratic candidates who have used anti-Semitic tropes and campaigned with anti-Semites have a responsibility to reassure Jewish voters, they are saying the quiet part out loud: they simply don't care about Jewish safety and security.
If this seat decides Senate control it’ll allow Trump to appoint a young conservative to replace Alito and maybe another to replace Thomas—locking in GOP control of SCOTUS for a generation.
I’d love to hear what @HaleyforMI thinks about her fiancé prioritizing his personal grievances over those considerations.
I mean— smells like fraud to me.
BREAKING: NYT reports that operatives with Democratic Alaska U.S. Senate candidate Mary Peltola’s campaign were behind the effort to find & recruit a candidate named Dan Sullivan to run against incumbent GOP Senator Dan S. Sullivan in an effort to confuse voters and peel votes from him.
Specifically, NYT says they have reviewed text messages and documents that reveal in summer 2025, a Peltola staffer received instructions from campaign staffers to find as many people named Dan Sullivan in Alaska as possible.
The staffer complied, going through voter records, and compiled a list. The operation “involved secret trips to far-flung Alaskan communities and the appearance of a mysterious Midwestern operative, who traversed the state using a fake name and made his pitch to would-be candidates over beers at brew pubs.”
Per NYT:
“The plan worked. This spring, a retired teacher from a tiny fishing village along the Alaska Panhandle, reachable only by air and sea, announced his candidacy for Senate. His name was Dan J. Sullivan.”

Fantastic Rutgers Real Estate conference yesterday in New Brunswick. Packed house with A+ speakers like @miasayoko and the great @bobantonicello (sorry I had to leave before saying hi)… plus a slew of @GovSherrillNJ cabinet and key appointments. Huge news: the Governor’s office reports that 74% of the DEP backlog is cleared and the entirety of the DOT minor access permits have been cleared. This is the sort of stuff that doesn’t always get reported but is really positive news. Credit where it is due: there is clearly a major effort to make state government more responsive and work faster… that should be applauded.
I unearthed video at Ed Dodds this morning before work: youtu.be/6D7KVozqRvk?is=xaVZ…
Even bigger losers than the builder: the tenants. They are in a bankrupt building and are likely living in a den of chaos. I often talk about 2nd and 3rd order effects— and this case is a paradigm example of those. I’ll be following.
wild ruling out of Seattle that @PHLCouncil needs to read. a builder put $39M into 254 low-income apartments locked at 60% AMI for 30 years. from 2015 to 2018 it worked, collecting ~94% of rent.
then Seattle stacked on "tenant protections": banned criminal background checks, banned winter evictions, required 180 days notice for rent hikes + 3 months relocation pay, and forced the owner to let unscreened roommates move in and take over leases.
result: rent collections dropped from 93.9% to 44.1%!!! the building lost nearly $6M through 2023 ($2.7M in 2023 alone) and is now appraised as functionally worthless. the city bankrupted actual affordable housing lol.
the appeals court just ruled the owner can sue Seattle for an unconstitutional taking. when you strip a landlord's right to screen, collect rent or remove non-paying tenants, it's not "regulation" anymore, you took the building…. Philly has half these laws already 🙄 courts.wa.gov/opinions/pdf/8…

Tanking with no first round pick is the most #Colts thing ever.
Q is one of my favorite all-time Colts. What a dark time to be a Colts fan.
Trade! The Colts are sending eight-time Pro Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to the Seahawks for a 2027 third-round pick and a 2028 fifth-round pick, sources tell @ringer @netflixsports.
If the State and local GOP party committees don’t get their act together they won’t get anyone elected anywhere. This is an indictment of the GOP party system and you can’t convince me otherwise.
