& what’s your not going to do is discredit American influence especially Black American Influence..

But to say you’ve capitalized like it was a regular American dish did not happen.. it’s now happening not with just Liberian dishes.. even Chinese dishes in the past years..

American influence has driven up the seafood market all around the world, even in China.. never said these places didn’t have seafood.. but because of our American influence ESPECIALLY BLACK AMERICAN INFLUENCE…it’s created an opening for other ethnicities to come in and capitalize.. like someone else said earlier.. “allowed cultures to Americanize their dishes”
