Memories like these remind me of why I commit so much time, sponsorship and effort in Grassroots Football. ❤️
The benefit of having 16yr old boys is that they have no interest in making these. I can then behave like a big kid on my own. Happy Halloween week everyone 🎃
I’ve posted lots about my son Will and his sporting achievements but his twin Alex is smashing his cricket. Today getting his first Senior 5 for in @DintingCC 1/4 final cup win today.
Really proud of you Big Al
7 trophies, 1 season. Well done Will and your teammates at @CurzonYouth and @SpringheadAFC U15’s.

Everything is packed in the van and we are ready for tomorrow’s Cup Finals day.
Don’t forget to arrive at least 30 mins before your kick off time and remember it’s the children’s day so let them play and have fun.
Tomorrow is about children making memories.

As in previous years we are happy to support the FA Silent weekend. Let the children play, make their own decisions and have fun.

We are all for healthy debate and understand that light-hearted banter is part of the game. However, we will immediately block and report anyone making personally derogatory comments on social media towards anyone; staff, players, volunteers, fans, or officials.
Thank you.
9 months as a Director / Football Secretary @GlossopNorthEnd has been, at times, incredibly stressful and time consuming but ultimately enormously rewarding. Things have not gone as hoped on the pitch but it’s my Club and I’m proud to be involved. Long may it continue #VIVAGNE

CLUB STATEMENT
Today, Michael Worthington and Glossop North End Football Club have amicably parted ways.
As the team finds itself in the 22nd position, having secured only 4 wins (15 points) out of 20 games, the Board has determined that a change is necessary. [1/3]
It’s been along day and the match has not gone as we’d want it to do. However fans like these make you realise why we do what we do.

The view from the Players hotel. Sat outside awaiting the team arriving. What a beautiful day and such a contrast to the last 48 hours.
Hope all the fans have arrived safely.

Good luck to all 3 teams this season.

All season long at @GlossopNorthEnd we have not had anything go for us. Last minute goals have always gone the wrong way. Today was our day and a 96th minute winner means I am going to have a good night. @mworthington11 @stokiejoe22 enjoy your wine. 🍷
