My word for 2021 is Heal
I’ve been unwell all through the festive period, due to side-effects of treatment. Fortunately I’m on the mend now, and “Heal” feels like the perfect word for this year.
Wishing us all a host of opportunities to create an optimistic year filled with moments of Ease.
✨✨✨✨✨
Special treat this morning: cup of tea sitting in my jammies and reading “The Positivity Coach” by Gill Thakray @KoruDevelopment
Gill, one of the authors in my book of essays “Lessons from Lockdown” (published this month) revealed she wrote this book during lockdown. Amazing! 👍

Thank you, JoAnn @JBaldwinGlenn for your innovative essay - and also for this lovely review about being a contributor to my July project, which resulted in your becoming a published author along with all the other contributors, including me! 😊

Good point, Carolyn.
I’ve had regular echocardiograms for the past 6 years, because the HER2 targeted cancer treatments I’ve been receiving are known to potentially cause heart problems.
So far so good in my case.
Many thanks to the @royalmarsdenNHS for being on the ball.
