Hotel Arcadia was a luxury resort in Santa Monica from 1886 to 1909. Besides being the site where a drunken Col. Griffith (of Griffith Park fame) shot his wife, it sported a roller coaster that whisked guests right to the beach. 117 years later, that's still an awesome hook.

There's been talk of New York's "commie corridor," but Los Angeles has one too. It's the areas wrapped around Glendale. • East Hollywood • Edendale (south Los Feliz, Silver Lake and Echo Park) • Northeast Los Angeles (Glassell Park, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, etc.)

I’ve always hated my hooded eyes, but seeing a bunch of celebrities with hooded eyes get upper blephs and then not really look like themselves made me realize that hooded eyes are a nice feature on people who have them, and I pledge to leave my hooded eyes alone forever 🫡

According to the book, Kushner got Tillerson fired for a $50 million UAE payment because Tillerson supported Qatar. This panicked Qatar because they realized Kushner was a pay-to-play operative, so they bought Kushner's New York City apartments, which were in the red, hoping this would help.
