this is so real. a daily barista coffee pickup is probably the worst habit you can pick in this age
Been traveling non stop since Aug 6, and somehow added a single bad habit of having a Cafe/store bought sweetened coffee or matcha to my routine. All the progress I saw in ab definition went poof. 2.5 months of adding a single bad habit, while keeping the rest the same - 10k steps, strength training, strict protein target, and more. Luckily, I'm at a level where I can pin point it down to one thing going wrong. That damn vanilla oat matcha and SIF on the rocks. 😭😭😭

everybody told me this but I refused to believe but unfortunately the big work of your life is made of the really small work you do everyday

me trying to give relationship advice: all you have to do is rip open a pocket dimension and create a new reality. then you say, let's enter this new reality together. it's very simple and if you can't accomplish it I don't know what I can possibly do for you

watched the vijay deverakonda and rashmika episode kwk episode and this man has talked more affectionately to and about his male colleagues/seniors than rashmika throughout the whole episode. when they say heterosexual male culture is homoerotic, it is man-loving, it’s true.

that ending is so surreal anyway, now that Apple is done with manufacturing phones for old indian uncles who make hardware purchases only to flex their portfolios, next year hopefully we will see the return of the iPhone SE for girls with hands always full of things to hold

My date of birth feels like a celebrity to me. Whenever I see it written somewhere random, like on a movie poster or a milk carton, I'm like omg there she is! Ugh, she looks great :)

friends cooked teheri yesterday and i can’t believe it took us hours to assemble ingredients and get this right. to think that this is the kinda shit our mothers have been cooking 3x a day everyday, is driving me insane
It’s actually crazy how you grow up thinking home-cooked meals every day are just normal, then get older and realise how much time and effort it took your Mom to make that happen and how lucky you were to have that.

chat how can we get this this to release in India
That movie reminded me why movie theatres exist. Some movies simply demand to be experienced collectively, as a cultural Event. Watching this at home on Netflix would be a crime against art. LONG LIVE CINEMA!

How do people even think of these ideas. I’ve had some original cool ideas, but nothing so simple, so gorgeous, so haunting.

the trick is having the courage to live through a chapter you hate without letting it poison your belief in the story. even in the middle of something painful, you can hold onto that deep pull toward what your life could become. so much of life comes down to your ability to keep believing in what you cannot see yet, to keep faith in the story while you’re still living through the parts that make it hard to believe

its so funny that whats happening right now is exactly this just 100x and only person from this ad has guts to still speak on it and now there are orders to deport him.
The irony of bollywood campaigning for voting rights in 2009 and staying silent today

You’ve heard a lot about Umar Khalid through the media. But amid the media witch-hunt against him, there has been very little space for him to speak for himself, especially since he’s spent the last six years in jail. So I want to tell you a little about my friend Umar, in his own words, as shared with his family and friends.
