⛔️In August 2025, 1789 Capital, the investment firm where Donald Trump Jr. is a partner, bought a stake in Vulcan Elements, a company that makes magnets the Pentagon needs.
⛔️ProPublica reported that the push for Vulcan's Pentagon loan came straight from the White House, from Trump trade adviser Peter Navarro. In November 2025, the Pentagon announced a record-setting $620 million loan commitment to Vulcan. The Pentagon and Vulcan say politics played no role, and Don Jr.'s spokesman says he had no knowledge of how the deal came together.
