This is exactly what is needed.
You can teach someone how to cook.
You can teach someone how to write.
You can teach someone how to sing.
But,
At the end of the day.
He himself needs to cook properly.
He himself needs to write properly.
He himself needs to sing properly.
The coach can coach a player.
The coach can tell the player what to do.
The coach can explain where to to do what.
But,
At the end of the day.
The player himself needs to implement it all.
The player is responsible for what happens on the field.
The player is in charge of their bodies.
This is not a manager issue.
This is a player issue.
The players needs to hold up their hands and do better.
They need to work harder.
They need to turn the luck into their favour.
A coach can only coach a win.
The players need to covert it into a win.
Feel real shit for carrick and I hope he removes some sort of blow dryer treatment for this whole squad.
What happens when you leave Spurs and the Spurs leaves you too 😬
Congrats Sir Harry!
What a player you have become.
Thank you so much for this!!!!!!!!!
Read the below tweet and spread this, plz
Rebuilds are ugly and take time

This is Arsenal during Arteta's rebuild. 👇
10 games.
1 win.
That 1 win was vs Manchester United.
Finished 8th TWICE.
We didn't sack him.
We didn't say "Arteta out" every week.
We TRUSTED THE PROCESS.
Top 4 was the target.
Not Champions League by December.
Fast forward: Arteta built a team that won the league and became a European giant.
Now look at Manchester United:
Ole was building something - SACKED, "we need to win the PL by August"
Ten Hag was building something - SACKED, "we need UCL by August"
Amorim was building something - SACKED, "we need to win the treble by August"
Carrick the same - "win the league now"
11 games, 2 wins.
7 games no wins.
If you are BUILDING, you don't think of winning the league in August. You think of building.
Arsenal gave Arteta 3 years of pain. United can't give any manager 3 months.
This is why Arsenal is fighting for titles and United is fighting for Top 10.
You want instant trophies during a rebuild. That's why you will NEVER rebuild.

It a great decision and only the top coaches do this.
Guranteed Ferguson would have done it too!!
Infact, ferguson would have already sold the lad by now.
Rightly so.
Has been a glimpse of the player we saw last season, and has been anything but influential.
Well done Carrick. Need balls to make that decision and he has done it.
To all the fans crying foul, just stop. This player FC crap and player power needs to stop.
🚨 Breaking: Bruno Fernandes has been benched by Michael Carrick for Man United vs Bournemouth, as @lauriewhitwell reports.
Decision made by the manager — follows bad form and post-Como game criticism to the tactics.

If I am carrick, I'd make some big balls decisions and change things up completely.
Stop this player power move and bench all those who ain't doing much on the pitch anymore.
Take risks and try something new. I'd even replace Maguire for an academy talent if someone is available.
Get the players in who ain't sulking. Need professionals on the pitch who will give it their all. Players who will run for till they are tired out, whether it is full 90mins or till they can be subbed.
Forget these so called experienced players and things will guranteedly change.
🗣️ Michael Carrick. "I think recently we haven't had a good time. I totally accept that, and what we are going through at the moment. We had five months of relative success [last season] in a spell where I was happy with a lot of things I was seeing, and we were doing as a team. We haven't done well enough lately.
"That's pretty obvious to see. We've had a spell we are really not happy with. Wednesday was a bad night for a lot of reasons. It hurt a lot. It hurt me in a lot of ways to see how the game panned out. It was really unacceptable to play like that, and be like that...
"My responsibility is to get a team on the pitch that represents this football club and the supporters, one they can be proud of, and of the identity we are showing.
"We have gone away from that in recent games which I am totally, fully aware of and definitely doing something about. It's important we all recognise that. I certainly recognise it.
"The foundation of this football club and its values have been put down for many, many years. I totally understand, and I get every single one of them. It comes down to humility, hard work and being really proud to live up to those values. There is a resiliance about this football club...
"Manchester United is always bigger, and always will be, than any single individual. It's bigger than me or any of the players. And it always will be...
"We are in a moment where it is not going well, and we need to show exactly what it means to be here...
"I am not entitled to be here. Entitlement can not be at this football club. I am not entitled to win. I am fully aware that it takes hard work and sacrifice to be here.
"We have kind of lost our way, but I am convinced we'll get it back."

You cannot tell me this is something which is coached
This is not on the manager
The players especially bruno himself played as shit asf and want to blame someone else for their fkn laziness
This is NOT tactics.
The players especially the seniors are throwing the manager under the bus!!
🚨🇵🇹 - NEW:
Bruno Fernandes will NOT be stripped of the Manchester United captaincy OR disciplined following his criticism of the coaching staff and tactics used against Como.
While there is some disappointment from the club, the wider feeling is that he was voicing an UNDERSTANDABLE frustration and anger at the manner of the defeat.
[@DanyalHKhan/@RobDorsettSky]
This lad wants to leave united amd doesn't want to play in this team anymore.
His following Martinezs footsteps.
He will play 45mins next game and then get jnjured.
Where are all those complaining
- why baleba didn't start
- why amad didnt start
- why bruno wasn't benched
- why manager did what he did
Well
You got baleba and amad start the 2nd half and bruno taken off
Come scored 3 more 🤭🫣😱
#COMMUN
I was going through the safu wallet few days back and couldn't believe
Clearly shows
Some people are MAD FKN RICH and they forget what they own 😅
To them owners, feel free to show some love and airdrop one to a fellow brother 🤭🧡
This is one of those "show me i was born yesterday without telling me" kind of things.
These are not the all time 11's, at all 🤭😆
Hey @grok, Liverpool vs Manchester United in a Champions League final, with these all time XIs. who lifts it, and what’s the score?
