We are saddened to hear the passing of legendary #HawaiiFB Coach June Jones today.
He is UH’s winningest head coach with 76 wins, the master in the Run and Shoot Offense and a great mentor and teacher of the game.
Coach Jones was 73 years old. Rest in Aloha.

Spam is cooked inside the can. The raw meat mixture goes into the can and the can is sealed. Then the whole thing is cooked, which is why it's safe to eat straight out of the can.
The ingredients are pork with ham, salt, water, modified potato starch, sugar and sodium nitrite. The jelly on top forms from the pork while it's cooking in the sealed can. The potato starch soaks up the juices so the block holds together when you slice it, and the sodium nitrite keeps it pink and cured.
Hormel started making Spam in 1937. During World War II the military shipped more than 100M pounds of it overseas, which is how it became a staple in Hawaii, Guam, the Philippines and South Korea.
