Fake conspiricies, fake news, fake crimes that can/will not be proven. Trump/MAGA is running on fake issues. Trump voters have been sold a fake bill of goods but all will get the message sooner or later. Americans will work through it all and build back better, together.

How the fuck can you people be so goddamn ignorant to the rules of laws of the United States, and so goddamn gullible to basic knowledge in which, obviously, this dumbfuck @FischerKing64 apparently lacks. 1) winning back the House and Senate is a given bcos this lawless, corrupt MAGA regime has done jack shit for the American people. 2) To admit DC and Puerto Rico as States requires an act of Congress. Last time I checked, Congress is made up of both Democrats and Republicans. Both of which get a vote. 3) No political party, whether they control Congress or not can "pack the court," bcos Judges are nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate. It's not a Congressional decision. 4) To change/eliminate the Electoral College requires a Constitutional Amendment you ignorant fuck @FischerKing64 And that requires not only Congressional approval, but State approval. 5) Stupid motherfuckers like your always show your racism by immigrant fearmongering knowing damn well immigrants CANNOT vote on our elections. My god people, how the fuck can you be so goddamn naive and gullible to believe this bullshit. 👇👇👇👇

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. Other than the impact of dark money, The Federalist Sociaty, Citizens United, lies, fake news/conspiracy theories and international “interference” I know of no actionable crime under current law. Please highlight/specify one.

Tied in my view with Kevin McCarthy who went down to Mar-a-Lago after January 6th and kissed Trump’s butt after initially denouncing him. Another Profile in Cowardice!

I blame Mitch McConnell for the resurrection of Trump. Though he had a little help. Mitch McConnell argued that criminal and civil courts—rather than a late Senate impeachment trial—were the appropriate venues for accountability. Yet, Congress had the choice of conviction he or acquitting him. They chose to let him slide. A conviction would have rendered him legally ineligible. Mitch McConnell said Trump was "practically and morally responsible" for the events of January 6. What more was needed? I'll throw in Merrick Garland for dragging his feet for two years.

Well put. We put solar on the parzelle last year and the shift is real - on good days the meter runs backwards. Once the infrastructure is there, fuel bills just fade. Sunlight never sends an invoice. 🌱☀️

For over a century, energy meant buying fuel—over and over. Litres. Tonnes. Cubic metres. The model ran on endless consumption. Solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, batteries, and EVs change that. Build the infrastructure once, then harvest what flows for free—sunlight, wind, water, earth's heat. Every new renewable asset reduces future fuel demand instead of feeding it. That's the disruption. Not better tech. A business model that erodes its own customer base. Fossil fuels aren't just fighting cleaner energy—they're fighting irrelevance.

Jay, that's very good. It's easy and direct to the point. Donald Trump doesn't have the right to divorce a 250-year-old nation from its foundational ideals and 340 million people from the Free World just because his own tortured worldview aligns with the Axis of Evil. People have been very slow to recognize that the politics of today have nothing to do with the differences we once debated between conservatism and progressivism. That strikes me as so 20th century at this point. We find ourselves in a battle today over whether or not we're going to remain in the free world and be a force for good and hope and the betterment of man or are we going to regress into something dark and sinister, a world of hemispheric thuggery and Might Makes Right. Our politics today ask should we hold tight to the ideals of the Enlightenment such as the rule of law and constitutionality, the protection of individual rights and universal suffrage, or are we to fall back into medieval times for the benefit of only the despotic and extremely wealthy. A theme from the Democrats should be that the United States should continue to be a force for liberty that recognizes the inherent dignity in all human souls, and not a facilitator for darkness and man's inhumanity against his fellow man.
A message the Democrats should run on: Our great nation does not deserve to be allied with Putin. We are better than that. Redeem our nation, redeem our honor. No to Trump, no to Putin.

Occupy Democrats 2͏h͏ · BREAKING: PANIC! Trump is DESPERATELY trying to stop Jack Smith from testifying in his own $10 billion lawsuit against the BBC. Donald Trump sued the BBC for defamation, asking for a whopping $10 billion in damages. Now, he’s panicking about the one witness who might actually know something about the behavior that led the British broadcaster to publish what it did. According to The New Republic, the BBC subpoenaed former special counsel Jack Smith to testify as part of its defense against Trump’s defamation suit. The suit claims the network defamed him with deceptive editing in a 2024 documentary about the January 6 Capitol attack. Trump’s lawyers filed a motion Friday to block the deposition, arguing that “Smith lacks any personal knowledge regarding the issues in this matter.” Their reasoning: Smith wasn’t at the January 6 speech, didn’t help prepare it, and can’t know what Trump was thinking. They say anything he gathered was “secondhand knowledge” from materials collected from other sources. The BBC’s lawyers weren’t impressed. They wrote that “none of [Trump]’s arguments for blocking the deposition of Mr. Smith can withstand scrutiny.” They noted that Smith himself doesn’t object to testifying, and that Trump still has to prove he “did not foment or incite the January 6 Capitol riot,” which he claims the documentary falsely implied. Then came the line that says it all: “No one forced Plaintiff to file this lawsuit and to dispute that his speech on January 6 incited the violence that followed at the Capitol. But as long as he chooses to maintain the case, he cannot commit the fundamental injustice of preventing the BBC from obtaining the evidence it needs to robustly defend itself.” This isn’t Trump’s only dodge. His attorneys are also fighting efforts to make Trump himself testify, to subpoena his children, and to look into his finances. Trump sued over what the BBC said about January 6, and now he’s fighting every attempt to examine what actually happened. There’s another problem for him. The BBC is funded by British taxpayers, so Trump can’t bully it into a hefty settlement or force it to back off its coverage the way he has with some American media companies. So now he has two choices: drop the case, or actually try to prove his point and live with the consequences. If Trump really believes he did nothing wrong on January 6, a deposition should be no problem. His lawyers’ desperation suggests otherwise. Please like and share if you can’t wait to hear what Jack Smith has to say if the BBC successfully gets him to testify!

Follow the smoke. An average petrol car burns around 17,000 litres of fuel over its lifetime. That’s 17,000 litres of something that has to be extracted from the ground, transported, refined, distributed and eventually burned. And yet, every time someone wants to convince you that electric cars are bad for the environment, where do they point? A lithium mine? Cobalt mining? They’ll show you pictures of scarred landscapes, enormous mining equipment and mountains of displaced earth. They’ll tell you about the environmental damage caused by extracting lithium, nickel and cobalt. And they’re right about one thing. Mining has an environmental impact and nobody should pretend otherwise. They’ll happily show you a lithium mine, but strangely enough, they never show you the oil wells. They never show you the drilling rigs, the leaking pipelines, the gas flaring, the oil tankers crossing oceans or the refineries operating around the clock. They never mention the energy required to extract crude oil from beneath the ground, transport it thousands of miles, turn it into petrol and deliver it to your local filling station. And all of that happens before you’ve driven a single mile. The materials required to manufacture an electric vehicle battery are largely extracted once. Those materials can remain in the battery for hundreds of thousands of miles, and valuable metals can eventually be recovered and recycled. An ICE vehicle needs a continuous supply of freshly extracted fossil fuels for its entire working life. And when that petrol disappears through the exhaust, it doesn’t magically vanish. It becomes carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, sulphur dioxide, benzene and other emissions. Burning just one litre of petrol produces approximately 2.3 kilograms of CO2 at the exhaust. Multiply that by 17,000 litres. That’s approximately 39 TONNES OF CO2. And that’s just the exhaust emissions. It doesn’t include extracting the oil, transporting it, refining it or delivering the petrol. Meanwhile, the battery materials in an electric car are still physically there, ready to be recovered and used again. That’s the difference between an energy system built around continuously burning resources and one increasingly capable of reusing them. Lifecycle studies consistently find that electric cars produce substantially fewer greenhouse gas emissions than comparable petrol cars, even after accounting for battery manufacturing and electricity generation. In fact, the International Council on Clean Transportation estimated in 2025 that battery electric cars sold in the European Union produce approximately 73% fewer lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions than comparable petrol cars. That’s not 73% less pollution from the exhaust. That’s across the vehicle’s entire lifecycle, including manufacturing, energy production and driving. Of course, electric vehicles aren’t environmentally perfect. But nobody needs to pretend electric cars are perfect to demonstrate that they’re significantly cleaner. They just need to compare the whole picture. Where are the pictures of the oil industry? Where are the drilling rigs? Where are the refineries? Where are the tankers? FOLLOW THE SMOKE.

Trump's spent millions of taxpayer money on TV ads glorifying HIMSELF in the final weeks before the midterms, even buying ad space during NFL games. A federal judge BLOCKED them after they were challenged as political propaganda. The White House now says Trump's PAC will pay going forward. But taxpayers aren't being reimbursed for the ads that already ran. Your tax dollars are not Donald Trump’s campaign fund. Together, we can stop #TrumpsAbuseOfPower 💙 reuters.com/world/us/us-judg…

This is awesome! Trump sued (as he always does) the BBC for defamation, and expected them to fold like a cheap rug or as American networks did! Instead, the BBC fought back and refused to pay a cent! Now, a judge has cleared the way to subpoena Don Jr, Ivanka and Jared Kushner about January 6. Get your popcorn ready, discovery will be delicious! My guess is he will drop the lawsuit like a hot potato! 🤣

"There is a well-documented worldwide correlation between poverty and high birthrates. In little countries and big countries, capitalist countries and communist countries, Catholic countries and Moslem countries, Western countries and Eastern countries— in almost all these cases, exponential population growth slows down or stops when poverty disappears. This is called the demographic transition. It is in the urgent long-term interest of the human species that every place on Earth achieves this demographic transition. This is why helping other countries to become self-sufficient is not only elementary human decency, but is also in the self-interest of those richer nations able to help." - Carl Sagan ; Billions and Billions: Thoughts on Life and Death at the Brink of the Millennium

"Zelensky better damn well stop," the President said. "He's making problems for our farmers, our ranchers." The two people making problems for farmers & ranchers are (1) Putin by invading Ukraine in the first place, and (2) Trump by invading Iran. Mr. Zelensky has nothing to do with it.

The Office of Congresswoman Omar released the following statement: “This raid by Trump’s DHS is an outrageous abuse of power and an unprecedented escalation in the weaponization of federal law enforcement to target political enemies. For a decade, Donald Trump has relentlessly targeted Congresswoman Ilhan Omar with inflammatory rhetoric, repeatedly putting a target on her back. Now, those attacks have escalated to a pointless federal raid. The Congresswoman has done nothing wrong. No president should be able to use the power of the federal government to intimidate his political enemies.”
