testing adding skins and pack openings to a #chess app ... feel as frustrating as the #cs2 case opening 💀

Its so easy now to write dedicated libraries for functionality you want to have outside your main repo because: 1. You want to keep the main repo about your business logic 2. You want to have a scoped package that is fully tested, that you can rely on

A very tragic crash with a private jet once again Before this crash the Learjet 60 was had fatal odds per trip of 1 in 1.1 million To compare a good commercial airline like Delta has a 1 in 25 million odds, many airlines never crashed though so the real odds are even lower like 1 in 40 million trips maybe So the Learjet 60 was already 40x less safe than commercial airliners That's something I keep repeating about private jets, they're simply not as safe as flying commercial because: - pilots require less flight hours - private aviation is less regulated - smaller airports with less or no instrument landing systems (ILS) - smaller planes are more affected by weather (in this case icing) The Learjet 60 now has fatal odds of 1 in 800,000 which is still about double as safe as the Cessna Citation (one of the most common private jets) Most Gulfstreams still have flawless safety records though, G500/G600, G550, G650/G700/G800 never crashed, so if you are boarding a private jet anytime soon, I'd say go with them!
WATCH: New video shows Learjet 60 business jet crashing near West Palm Beach, Florida. The plane was completely disintegrated upon impact. Number of casualties unknown.

Started sp00ky as CLI only, now getting console.sp00ky.cloud/ ready as it feels you cant really explain CLI only to anyone (somehow to abstract) 👀

anyone knows if thats authentic ?
Elizabeth Holmes' handwritten notes to herself from her Theranos days. These notes exude authenticity and warmth. This is not a person who treats herself as an instrument to be optimally calibrated for power, status, and influence: robkhenderson.com/p/a-guilty…

I was watching #YouCanSeeEverything , and I find it extremely complex on a psychological level. I'm not sure I've fully processed it yet, but the relationship between Billy and Elizabeth fascinates me. Is Elizabeth simply a broken person who would put up with anything out of love for her family? Someone who may not even have strong opinions on most things and really just wants her family and a sense of purpose? Or is she one of the greatest manipulators of our time?

In the past 3 Weeks, WhitePawn Web made the first $100+ in revenue. Feels good to see that people value it enough to subscribe and pay actual money 😎
