The media cycle is an invention of modernity, as is its corollary: the lie that you are obligated to express an opinion about every news item.
There is more legitimate outrage in the world than it is healthy for you to be outraged about. Turn off the spigot and read Books.

“We’re using old concepts of thermodynamics that they used to know, this wisdom from back in the old days when there was no A/C. There are traditions of radiant floor heat that have been around for millennia — the Romans, the Spanish, the Koreans.”

THE JOHN HARBAUGH EFFECT. 🔵🔴
The Giants enter the BYE at 4-2-1.
They’ve ALREADY MATCHED their win total from ALL OF 2025. 🤯
It took until WEEK 18 last season to get win No. 4. They finished 4-13.
Now they’ve done it before the halfway point👀

EVER THINK OF THAT?!?!?
Alright but what if the #Giants play clean football today and win the football game?
Ever think of that?

I wonder if there is any relationship between the rise of online gambling and the rise of fake polling firms that try to influence public perception of various key races throughout the country. Might be a good subject for a competent investigative journalist.

Cam Skattebo was fined $7,073 for illegal helmet contact against Tennessee in Week 3. The referees didn’t even flag him that day.
Now the same rule costs him 15 yards against Houston, and everyone is arguing about whether running backs should be allowed to hit like this.
The NFL has banned initiating contact with the helmet since 2018.
The league’s real problem is enforcement. When a play earns a fine one Sunday and a flag another, the rule starts looking optional.

Did the head ref in Giants and Texans game start to say, "unfortunately" before a penalty by the Texans? then stopped himself. but what does that mean? very strange

“Personal foul #44, running the defender the f*ck over. 15 yard penalty, replay 2nd down.”
Alright bro.
Hah wow. McCarthy and Stroud have the same number of pass attempts and completions, but they are not having the same game.

Feels like the Giants DBs are one of the most underrated groups in the league.
Lots of former high picks that didn’t pan out early and they looked rough on paper heading into the year, but everytime I’ve watched them this szn they’re making plays.
Deonte Banks looks amazing.
