This poster was hung by a math instructor in one of my classrooms. While I appreciate the quote, I wonder what message the students get from it.

A little game of notice/wonder anyone?

My thought is to give these LOs to students on the 1st or second day of class, along with some questions about what their experience has been in being able to "fail forward" in a class, and let that guide how I treat grades in the class. I'm not sure where it'll go, but I'm open.
These are some of my course outcomes in my Liberal Arts Math class this summer. I wonder, how is this assessable?

I gotta say, a piece of me is screaming out, "Yes! How come nobody else gets that?"

I have a pet peeve of seeing contrived "applied" problems which represent nothing that would ever happen in the real world. I believe this one fits that description? Or tell me why I'm wrong. #iteachmath #MTBoS

Actually the bar graph is over to the right. On the left is just highlighting that "No" won.

Comparing microwaves. I have questions about their measurements.

Wow... it narrowed me down to NOT being from New Jersey or New Orleans.
