📈 PFS: 9.8 vs 5.7 mo (HR 0.58)
🔥 OS: ~18 vs 12 mo (HR 0.56)
🎯 ORR: 58.4% vs 32.3%
⚠️ Grade 3–4 TRAEs: 24.6% vs 34.5%
🏆This is clearly practice changing with a much better tolerated drug and fewer side effects ( although still GI toxicity) compared to current standard for this high-risk population.
🤔Still some questions about exclusion of untreated brain mets and low number of adagrasib treated pts in control arm

New standard of care for KRAS G12C mutation positive NSCLC. @FSkoulidis presents Krascendo-1 head to head trial of divarasib vs sotorasib or adagrasib- convincing improving PFS (9.8 m vs 5.7 m, HR 0.58) and OS (17.7m vs 12.0m, HR 0.58)
