Hey @cbeekeeping — saw you dealing with meat digestion issues.
As a Norland member, one product a lot of us lean on for gut comfort is GI Vital Softgel. It’s formulated to support the gastrointestinal lining (helps protect and support repair of the mucosa), which can make a difference with heavier proteins and meats that sometimes leave people feeling heavy, bloated, or uncomfortable.
Many members notice better overall digestive ease and nutrient absorption when the gut lining is better supported. Ingredients typically include things like sesame oil, bee propolis, lion’s mane, and astragalus (or similar herbal blends depending on the batch).
It’s a supplement, not a medicine — results vary and it’s worth checking with a doctor if the issues are ongoing. Happy to share more about how people use it or answer questions if you’re curious.

I hope they have considered installing solar pumps in all irrigation schemes. Even there in Bura with all that sunshine it should be prioritised.
Wacha leo I tweet in the layman's language tuelewane wote. There's something happening pale Bura Irrigation Scheme that has caught my attention. Something you all deserve to know. Nyinyi mnajua PS Ephantus Kimotho kweli. I'm very sure most of you sahi mnajua yeye ni nani. He is the gentleman behind the revival of nearly all Irrigation schemes that had gone dormant hapa Kenya including hii ya Bura. So here is what is happening pale Bura. There's this sugarcane variety. A very unique type that matures just within ten months. Yes, you heard it right. Miezi ni kumi tu and they are ready for harvesting unlike hizi zetu za huku Western that takes nearly two years. And the best part? The tonnage is very high. An acre of Sugarcane pale Bura yields over 50 tonnes! That's about Ksh 250,000 per harvest of acre at the current market price. Bura previously relied on diesel powered pumps to abstract water from River Tana. PS Kimotho akaona this is not sustainable at all. He decided to develop a 26 kilometre Bura Gravity Canal that draws water from the Korakora intake. Sahi the scheme is gravity fed. So production costs are low, the cane matures within ten months and the tonnage is high. Soon we shall be exporting Sugar.
In Kenya, we just crossed 2,500 MW peak demand for the first time (2,514 MW). Biggest annual jump in 5 years, driven by households & new connections. Renewables still ~81%, but evening peaks & rising imports from Ethiopia are the real test. It is time we think for more geothermal + storage.

Contractors absence from Site despite having been paid; lack of key contract staff are delaying Completion of Projects and will not be tolerated.
When a contractor is absent from a site even after payments have been made, the site engineer must take immediate steps to document the situation, maintain quality control, and protect the project schedule. Contractual clauses have to be invoked.
Does Kenyan Prince knows where Venezuelan President is? Does he have any copy of his whereabouts, 🤷. Daunting POTUS Trump is not a joke as he claims.
