Been testing and following @bot and it’s pretty cool that it can have its own email, browse websites, sign up for accounts and even make purchases.
Got me thinking about how we’ll need to rethink things like onboarding, account management and even marketing as agents start interacting with products on our behalf.
We’ve spent years optimizing experiences for humans clicking through a UI. Curious what those experiences look like when the user is an agent instead. 🤔
