Can’t stress the importance of surrounding yourself with the right people or group, especially in a space like web3. Just like in life, it takes a lot of tumbles to realize who was there to help you back up, but even more importantly, those who encourage you to pick yourself back up and help you dust the dirt off your shoulders.
Pay attention to the small acts of kindness from others. Often, those who make grand gestures harbor hidden expectations or ulterior motives, only to throw it back in your face when it suits them.

Lore behind the name 🎬
EPISODE 25.
@lethirdweb
• What’s the story behind your name?
Funny story actually.
I went with lethirdweb since it’s The Third Web in French.
And I’m not even French.
It’s a great conversation opener.
As for legend, back in the day on Discord and Twitter, anyone remotely cool got called a legend. So it stuck.
• What would you highlight right now among the things you’re building and consider truly important?
- Right now I’m a strategist at @Multichain Advisors,
we help web2/web3 companies go from private to public, along with M&As.
What’s truly important to me is integrity and reputation, which naturally leads to always doing what’s best for the clients and people I serve, with the highest honour.

Some of our best hires were totally unqualified on paper.
They always had the same qualities: entrepreneurial, high agency, smart, mission aligned, and they got shit done.
If you’re hiring, especially in early stages, seek out & bet on these people. Don’t over-index on resumes.

As you know, when we were doing auction in BeeD, we were raffling among the participants and giving BeeDling to one person.
Now it's time to add value to these BeeDlings and as DAO, we will give BeeDling owners the right to enter the BeeD server for a while.
We want you to have information and ideas about BeeD and we want you to experience and live with us. BeeDling owners please contact team members.
