I just watched a reel about this on IG. His name is Javits Frimpong and he wad only 15, and was shot on his way to school by the students who'd been bullying him for being an immigrant.
His mother is still in Ghana and is so distraught she says she refuses to believe he's gone.

They simply can’t fathom that we are a vassal state to the federal government, and that when they vote for the orange man, he pulls all the funding and they don’t blame him.

Since January 2025, Maryland has lost almost 30K federal jobs. The most of any State.
The federal bill that was passed in 2925 required States to pay a larger share of necessary programs like SNAP and Medicaid increasing State budget costs.

go back and watch how Strange talks to Tony on the ship. he realized early on that a guy smart enough to build Ultron and time travel in a weekend was eventually going to be a bigger threat to the multiverse than Thanos ever was.

In the book, Chani and Paul are still super duper in love and trying to have kids. A huge chunk of the novel is Paul trying to find a way to live happily ever after with Chani and have kids.

Marylanders are smart and savvy voters. We’re re-electing Wes Moore. Period.
Let’s clarify some facts about things people are complaining about.
🚗 Car Reg: Yeah, it sucks but it pays for our roads.
💨 Emissions (+ $16): Hadn’t been raised since 1997.
🛞 Tire Surcharge (+ $20): My tires cost $1,000—another $20 didn’t break the bank. Most people get tires every 3-5 years.
🍃 Weed Tax: Hasn’t stopped dispensaries from being packed every time I go.
⚡ BGE: Corporate greed, but state legislation is delivering real rebates.
🏠 Housing: Costs are high everywhere, not just in MD. If you own a home, make sure you have homestead.
🌉 Key Bridge: Modern infrastructure projects take longer due to stricter regulatory and engineering standards.
Stop holding Wes Moore solely responsible for the fees in budgets that your state Delegates and Senators created and passed in the Maryland General Assembly.
Is MD perfect? NO, but giving your vote to MAGA Dan Cox ain’t it.

I’ll forever agree with Tiff when it comes to Maryland politics. Dan Cox fucking sucks. Wes Moore could tell me he was a brigadier general commanding the Avengers, and I’d STILL take him over Dan “Trump’s My Daddy” Cox. That man made Trump’s endorsement his entire personality lmao
