My dude absolutely killed it - Definitely the highest effort out of any of the preparations we saw last night. The cake pops came out perfectly, exactly as he intended, so glad he brought them out!

And then I brought them and handed them off to Michael, who's actually a genius for this stuff. Everything he fried all night came out perfectly, and my stupid little brandy-filled cake pops were no exception! Not too sweet, little bit of a booze bite, great texture somehow?

It happened! So, for context: hospitality wizard @MichaelWDorrill got a deep frier and decided to host a little private state fair, aka "we bring it, he fries it" I, on the other hand, am the kinda guy who brings drinks to a party.
