Moving on, Maybe I have just reached Political Fatigue with Municipal Elections, Provincial Elections and a bunch of phoney leftwing bobblehead identifying as Conservatives 😇 Yes I live in British Columbia where you have M, F, X, on your BC drivers license to identify your sex🫣 Now is it just me, but if you have X on your Driver License, have you not just admitted you have Mental Health issues and should not have been granted a license to start with ? I went to a Political event yesterday in Fort St. John the butt patting swamp was there municipal, provincial & federal. I was looking for answers I mean it is only 14 days left before the “Election”. I am sad to say one of the poorest run event, in all the political events I have attended in the last 5 decades ! I went to hear answers not excuses. Now I am still a person without a family Dr. this subject is high on my list, since I am retired and a senior citizen. I have what they call a Virtual Dr. (Pill Popping Drug Pushers) that I have to call every 3 months to renew my heart, blood pressure, type 2 Diabetes, Cholesterol pill prescriptions. Here is what the problem is, they want me to go into the Hospital and have multiple tests run every 3 months🤯 Not happening. I have a blood pressure testing machine very affordable and I test frequently, I also have blood sugar tester as well. Jan 1st this year I weighed 224lbs as I sit here writing this I now weigh 204lbs. With some minor changes in my diet, exercise routine I believe I will make my goal of 200lbs by Christmas. I am 6’2’ with this weight loss I have lowered my blood sugar readings & blood pressure readings. So in conclusion the Virtual Dr. must make a commission off of prescribing more pills and multiple tests run every 3 months. Now would it not be beneficial for the people that see a Dr. if they a had to have the Pharmaceutical Company crests sown on their lab coats, showing who they are sponsored by ? Well I feel better I don’t know about you, hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving 🌞🇨🇦🇺🇸 & Remember, don’t let your children grow up to be Socialists 👍👍💯

Good morning friends, L 31F H 50F, sun & clouds with evening rain expected today in FSJ I won, I get to see another sunrise👍👍 Yesterday day I experienced a tachycardia event where my heart raced to over 196 bpm there were multiple contributing factors, that I will not go into. It took over a hour of laying down doing my breathing exercises to bring my heart rate down to 180, but in the next 2 hours I was able to get it under 100 bpm at 5am heart rate 63 bpm normally 56 to 58 at this time. I thank everyone for the kind messages yesterday it was greatly appreciated, I read them this morning. My chest is sore to touch today, so no yard work🤣😂🤣 My wife is the best partner a man could ever ask for, I knew if I lost consciousness yesterday, I would be in a ambulance headed to the hospital ❤️ Just a side note, I do not have a family Dr. , I am still looking, as for our hospital in FSJ good for fixing broken bones, sewing up wounds, but after that hopefully you are in good enough shape to be medi vacced to a hospital with specialist and a vacant room(hallways don’t count as rooms) Have a safe & great day everyone 🌞🇨🇦☕️
