Today marks 15 years of building apps for me. What a journey! There's been lots of trials and tribulations over the years, but I'm so grateful that I get to do what I love for work.

If you have an app on the App Store save this.
Apple just released the new iPhone Duo screenshot sizes:

Using the @timelines_app has been one of the best decisions I’ve made when it comes to tracking my time.
The simplicity and functionality is exactly what I’ve always looked for in a time tracking app.
I’ve also simplified the categories of what I spent time doing so I don’t take too long making the decision of what’s next when switching from one task to another.
I hope this helps somebody else keep their time on check 💪

This session about lazy stacks and scrolling in SwiftUI will blow your mind. There are so many details that will help you understand how these things actually work. #WWDC developer.apple.com/videos/p…
I’m not sure how I feel about the new outlines around all liquid glass elements. It feels like it will take some time getting used to it. #wwdc
🚨 PSA: In SwiftUI, if you use ToolbarItem that has a Button, and that button uses an Image as its label, you'll end up with a very small tappable area of the button. You need to use a Label to avoid that effect:
Label("Start", systemImage: "play").labelStyle(.iconOnly)
You can see in the video that the button shows the effect of being tapped, but it doesn't call the handler until I tap it directly in the middle, on the image itself.
This is the replacement you need to make. Full credits for discovering go to this Reddit thread: reddit.com/r/SwiftUI/comment…

Happy New Year, everybody! 🎉
As is my tradition, I wrote a blog post looking back at my 2025.
It has lessons learned from full-time indie development, my favorite conferences, main takeaways for 2026, and more. I'd love to hear what you think!
