Friends, in just two days, Christians were murdered on two continents.
On Friday, gunmen opened fire on a funeral at St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church in Karak, Jordan, and killed nine people. On Saturday, armed men attacked Orthodox churches and homes in Oromia, Ethiopia, and killed more than forty.
These are not statistics. They are our brothers and sisters, members of the mystical Body of Christ. When Saul set out to destroy the Church, the risen Jesus asked him, “Why are you persecuting me?” The Lord is still being persecuted in these victims of anti-Christian violence.
Christianity is by far the most persecuted religion in the world today. Those of us who worship in comfort have to ask what the deaths of these martyrs demand of us. At the very least, they demand that we pray for them, learn their names, press our leaders to act, and refuse to look away.
The blood of the martyrs is the seed of the Church.

On Sept 25, 1982, Queen made history on SNL. 📺
This iconic set marked Freddie Mercury's final live performance in America. 🇺🇸
Despite severely straining his voice in a heated argument the night before, Freddie delivered a raw, gritty, and fiercely emotional performance. 🔥
Absolute legend! ✨

These soft-hued gourds aren't just for show; they have higher sugar content and denser, less-stringy flesh than standard carving pumpkins, making them the secret ingredient in the finest French pastries and luxury autumnal soups.

A lot of men fear getting older because they think age alone makes them less attractive.
It doesn't.
What makes a man less attractive is neglecting himself.
Letting his health decline.
Losing his confidence.
Becoming bitter and cynical.
Giving up on personal growth.
Losing his social skills.
Trying desperately to relive his twenties instead of embracing who he has become.
Most women aren't turned off by age.
They're turned off by a man who has stopped investing in himself.
A man in his 40s, 50s, or even 60s who stays fit, takes care of his appearance, carries himself with confidence, has purpose, emotional maturity, and knows how to communicate will always stand out.
You don't need to become younger.
You need to become better.
Every year should add wisdom, character, competence, and presence.
The goal isn't to look 25 forever.
The goal is to become the most attractive version of yourself at every stage of life.
