Vitamin K2 + D stops plaque accumulation, calcification in arteries.
When arteries become calcified, they become much more susceptible to rupture, leading to a heart attack.
Both synergize to produce + activate a molecule called matrix gla protein, which binds excessive calcium and prevents it from depositing in the arteries.

Sulfated vs. the Pill (The Core Difference)
Vitamin D is required to properly absorb calcium from our diet. If it’s low, calcium should be low-to-normal. But there are different forms that do different things.
Sulfated vitamin D from UVB does almost nothing for calcium homeostasis. Unsulfated vitamin D regulates it. Sulfated versions (and sulfated cholesterol) have their own circadian rhythm. Unsulfated ones don’t. You need both.
The sun naturally sulfates things inside of you. Cholesterol and vitamin D are almost identical—vitamin D just has one less hydrogen atom—so UVB turns cholesterol in your skin into vitamin D at the right frequencies and times of day. For that sulfation to continue, calcium needs to be normal and melatonin has to keep the process going.
Always remember: supplemented vitamin D is never the same as the sun’s version, no matter what any dermatologist tells you. Supplemental vitamin D is never sulfated. Sulfated vitamin D does not reabsorb calcium in your gut the way the pill version can.
When sulfate is made in the skin, it attaches to cholesterol, helps dilate blood vessels, and means your liver doesn’t have to pump out as much LDL. Blood pressure can drop naturally. Sulfated vitamin D3 also acts like a natural calcium channel blocker in the skin, increasing proton flows in the vessels.
Most people are living a sunless life—boxes, sunglasses, sunscreen, makeup, phones glued to them all day. Without the sun, fats and proteins don’t get sulfated. The chemical in a pill raises the number on a lab test. It does not deliver the photonic frequency that actually creates and sulfates it in your skin and eyes. Chemical signal without the light = incomplete. That’s the downside.
Northern places have already lost UVB and some are getting ready to like Ohio, but that's why and when melatonin takes over--but you have to be in nature to get the benefits

Rapid changes in the Earth's magnetic field are consistent with rapid changes in the crystalline structure or the core that release heat.
That heat is showing up in the Pacific Ocean.

The reason communism never dies is because envy never dies, and communism is little more than the politics of resentment - it is the desire to take from others and give to yourself, because you believe they have too much when you don’t have enough. It is really this simple.

If you aren't seeing in 4K vision, bright, vibrant colors, you're not optimal.
The eyes are the most metabolically active part of the entire body. Photoreceptor cells consume more energy than the cells of the brain.
They renew 10-15% of their structure daily.
They are thus the most sensitive to any type of metabolic impairment or structural deficit.
I've consistently noticed this. The times I'm the most locked in, simply looking around is fun because things are so vibrant. Light feels brighter, it feels alive.
When you're down, everything is flat.

Over 60 Muslim men raped Scarlett West from the age of 14.
None have been convicted. Her father stood as Restore Britain’s candidate for Greater Manchester mayor.
There was no national outrage, no wave of arrests, and no accountability.
Russell Brand, by contrast, is facing the full force of the justice system over an allegation involving touching a woman’s breast 15 years ago. If the evidence shows he is a predator, he should be punished.
That is how a functioning system works.
The same system has produced nothing for Scarlett. The men who systematically raped and trafficked her as a child remain free.
This is not an isolated failure. It is a pattern in which certain offenders are pursued relentlessly while others walk amongst us.
Where are the 60 Muslim men who raped a child?
Disgraceful.

Sam Rockwell says Mickey Rourke refused to meet him until their first scene together on Iron Man 2.
“Mickey didn’t want to meet me until we were on camera. He didn’t want to rehearse. He wanted to meet on camera, so when we meet in the movie, we’re meeting for the very first time.”
The shoot also came with some unusual moments.
“Mickey wanted a parakeet, so we threw a parakeet in there. One day they changed the guns, and I had to get an earpiece. We also had to write a speech at lunch, and I had to yell at Mickey. Favreau gave me a pep talk. It was a wild experience.”
Despite the chaos, Rockwell enjoyed the experience.
“It was surprisingly actor-friendly for a studio movie. A lot of it was special effects, but my scenes were dialogue-driven, and I had a great time doing it.”

A few days ago, Austin Payne, a 15-year-old White boy in Georgia, was hunted, shot, and left to die in an abandoned apartment by four black teen males.
He called his mom after being attacked and shot, telling her he was dying.
She found his body the next morning after searching all night for him.
Charged with his murder: Jansquincey Donaldson, 15; Omari Marion, 15; Adarious Wallace, 16; Detravion Parker, 22.
National media has been completely silent.
If four White teens had done this to a Black kid, it would dominate cable news for days.
Instead, silence.
They covered the Nolan Wells case wall-to-wall for a drowning.
Yet this kid was hunted like an animal and brutally murdered, and because his skin is White, his story will never be told.
I couldn’t imagine being his mother and getting that call.
Rest easy, Austin. 💔
